Need input on opening bank account & credit card for business

Yeah I understand, the first LLC I started I talked to a lawyer and had him set it up (not on legalzoom, in person). It was alot more affordable than I thought it would be. I had some questions on how to sign checks etc. If you don't sign contracts a certain why it can get ugly in court. As...

Need input on opening bank account & credit card for business

I never mentioned anything about legal zoom. You can usually do it on your states website and only have to pay the filing fee.

Need input on opening bank account & credit card for business

Whats stopping you from setting up an llc? It takes about 15 mins online in my state and about $125.00 I deff would, and get a seperate cc. Idk if you can get chase ink CC in a personal name, but I'm a huge fan of their CC. They have it so you can tag transactions with keywords or tags and...

Can your items be found on amazon from a competitor? I have such trouble wrapping my mind around anyone going outside of amazon to purchase items unless it's not on amazon. I haven't bought a product online that wasn't on amazon in years.

If you were to have to spend one year in prison...

    MINDSET
I would do sphincter exercises every minute of every day. I'm 5'7 and super cute so that would come in most handy. It depends what prison your in, what crime you committed etc. My boy is locked up for a year up Maine and he said it's like a vacation (first time offender, non violent crime)...

    Alcohol Delivery Via App

One problem I foresee is checking ids when making the delivery. When I was a bouncer I'd confiscate 100's of id's a month, even passports etc. I'm not sure an insurance company would cover problems off site (from say a liquor store) if an underage person was served and something happened...

    SMS autoresponder

    WEB/DIGITAL
What I think I'm going to do is use something like this https://www.txtimpact.com/text-message-survey/ Basically a poll, I can formulate multiple choice or yes/no with a series of responses.

    SMS autoresponder

Yeah i'm looking into it for signs, I think like "Text XX to 313131" is easier than a phone number to remember, plus it's less intimidating.

    SMS autoresponder

    WEB/DIGITAL
Did you find any that could have an automated convo without you? Basically what I am trying to do is prescreen people before wasting my time with them. Once they text the number I have it respond "Thanks for texting blah blah blah, are you interested in XXX yes/no?" They respond yes, auto...
