    buying a muscle car

    HOT! MINDSET
No I agree with you 100%. Like the rest of my post says a car is a major liability that will only hold you back from your dreams. However this guy seems to have an ich to buy something so I suggested a $3,500 BMW and to invest the rest. On top of that many of us here are just starting and we...

    buying a muscle car

    HOT! MINDSET
I can agree to disagree. I feel like it is important to be presentable when doing business with big players. For example, say you meet a big time real estate developer or a successful business man. I feel that a first impression makes a long lasting impression. It also makes you feel good. So I...

eCommerce store on WordPress * What are the options for driving revs*

    EXECUTION
What are the options for building a WordPress website with product that generates revs on its own. Drop ship? How automated can eCommerce be? I was going to flip the site on flippa but I doubt I will get good money for this site unless it produces income. Am I wrong?

Dane Maxwell AMA-- SaaS, Membership Sites, The Foundation

    NOTABLE! SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
I had something similar happen to me with a local developer. Bad experiences like this make you want to learn the skill and develop everything yourself. Unfortunately it seems like the learning curve is very big and time consuming. So I feel your pain buddy.

    WEB/DIGITAL
I was just in the process of hiring a web developer. Bootstrapping start-up cash on craigslist ( Best items to sell )

I have been bootstrapping cash on craigslist for the last 2 years. I have found a good market in flipping certain items and not so much in other areas. Some of the good items I have found to flip have been motorcycles and cars. However there is a problem when it comes to the titles. It is not...
