It is the day after my 13th birthday. I am spending time with a close friend, Andre. We have been on a slackline (fun) for maybe five minutes when he says "I'm bored." He sits down, and starts watching TikTok... My teenage years are the ones that will form the person I become. These years...

And in ten years when nobody gives a F*ck about you and your narcissistic little a$$ and your Jesus complex, and your idiotic Facebook account, I hope you remember us and I hope you come crawling back to lick our floors clean and say sorry. You...

Does anyone have experience with copywriting, brand advisor-ing, or general marketing consulting? (discussion thread)

    MARKETING
I think the idea isn't viable for me now, but how do I go about it if I did this?

Does anyone have experience with copywriting, brand advisor-ing, or general marketing consulting? (discussion thread)

    MARKETING
I think I have my idea coming together: Marketing departments are essential in making a brand, and brand is what has made so many companies successful, even if their product was a steaming lump of dogshit. But small and medium sized businesses just cannot afford all the employees. My dad...

    MARKETING
Maybe I don’t. But we’ve been to the moon for almost 60 years and mars is so far away. It also took 2 million years for man to realize we live on tectonic plates that shift. It also took Oppenhimer just 12 years to go from the the first nuclear fission to a bomb. The fact of the matter is we...

Does anyone have experience with copywriting, brand advisor-ing, or general marketing consulting? (discussion thread)

    MARKETING
Perhaps. This is a lot more than copywriting, however. And I know that some idiotic money-chasing guy is gonna use AI to do all bits of his confined copy business. And so is another guy. Soon there are 100k people out there with shitty copy and I come to a company with, yes, copy skills but also...

    MARKETING
Hello everyone, This thread is to share experiences in the marketing consulting market. Here you can share your story, use it as an accountability area, warn others about bad advice, and grow together. I'll go first. I've been hopping into a few copywriting resources online, but I fear that...

Starting a pizza / pizzeria business, talk me out of it

    IDEA
Maybe build an internet following? Post to TikTok and Insta, read some books about branding, and make the kind of pizza that could sit in a Ferrari and look awesome. The caviar of pizza. See where I'm getting at? Then sell your pizzas online, after a following has been built, in your city only...
