First Solo Flip & I'm in Trouble

Yes, your book helped immensely! It opened my eyes as to the control I have over the sale of my property. I have to own the selling process, before I let the realtor own that, no more.

So last week between jury duty and emergency room visits I wasn't able to do the proper marketing the HBS called for so I postponed the auction until this Sundy the 29th. Also, we had a showing on Thursday. The guy liked the house and even drove up the driveway into the garage several times...

[AMA] Importing & wholesaling for resale on eBay.

    GOLD! SOURCING
One more thing, I figured out a way to get to the manufacturer. Usually these merchants will send you a picture of the products packaging. On that packaging is usually the manufactures phone number and/or email and/or website. One supplier sent me a picture of my product in the packaging box...

[AMA] Importing & wholesaling for resale on eBay.

    GOLD! SOURCING
One thing I have learned while dealing with Chinese suppliers, EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE. The first price they tell you, whether for samples or normal product, can always be haggled down via email. Guy wanted to charge me 10 bucks per sample, I balked and he sent them for free. This wasn't the...

We had an open house but it didn't go well due to weather and it was a quick turnaround. I can't do the signs because the City of Atlanta has a strict sign ordinance law with fines BUT I think I can do the flyers. @CashFlowDepot THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ADVICE!

    MARKETING
Question for those of you selling products on Amazon, do you do your own copy or are you outsourcing to a service/freelancer i.e. fiverr. I have a product that I will be putting on Amazon and I want it done professionally and nice. I could take the time to learn or I could pay a professional...
