    I just got a new phone with ICS and you can now take a screenshot pretty easy without a 3rd party app. Right now, most people still use GB so you still have a mkt, but it is shrinking.

    I created mine in October, I'm in GA so I went to secretary of states website. Filled out everything and it only took an hour and about 118 bucks.

    I use listing book to view the properties. I use the area sales of listing book and the recent sales from Zillow to figure out comps. I use Price/Sq. Ft to figure out my comps. I view pictures of the comps, I use RedFn, Trulia, and Listing Book if the comp is on there.

    Your 16, get a used Honda, Toyota, or Nissan. Then in a year or two after your fastlane businesses have sped up, you can go get something REALLY NICE. Take your time. If they got 10k, save your parents some bread and get something between 4-7k, they'll love you for it and it will show them...
