    I suggest making a mock portfolio if your going to be charging agency rates. Setup a few demo sites to show clients. As for lead gen, nothing better then the old fashioned way when starting off. Setup an excel sheet and cold call through yellow pages.

    Sounds like your doing an excessive amount of research. I think you should start taking more action rather than all these courses. You don't even have to code your first website. You can always just buy a template off of themeforest.
