The Oft-Repeated Pattern of Stakeholder Demotion and Entrepreneurial Opportunity

    HOT!
Nope, that's Communism. Essentially part of the lie we're told by the corporate-owned govermedia; previously exclusively in America, but now also in the UK and Europe, is that socialism is the same as Communism. Which is akin to saying capitalism is the same as Nazism. What happened in Soviet...

The Oft-Repeated Pattern of Stakeholder Demotion and Entrepreneurial Opportunity

    HOT!
You are mistaken, you're thinking of Norway, which has huge oil reserves and started a sovereign wealth fund, which every Norwegian is entitled to. Watch the video on Sweden at the bottom of this post, you'll be amazed. Nope. That's just the lie we're told. In truth, Sweden's social programs...

    An Excel Course?

    HOT! EXECUTION
I think it was the fact that I found myself using Excel more and more, and weird stuff kept happening, and I would always have to scrap my sheets and start again. It was around the time I was doing a lot of adword stuff funnily enough. Anyway, I just thought to myself that it was about time I...

    An Excel Course?

    HOT! EXECUTION
I've done a couple of Excel courses on Udemy. My big takeaway from those, is that you can easily do a sub section of excel and teach that. Nobody needs to know all the features. So maybe work out what you know, and how and why it's applicable, then package that.

How To "OutRank" A NEGATIVE Video On Google?

    MARKETING
When Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the UK, wanted to stifle the negative story about him driving around the nation on a bus, with a whopping great lie printed on it. He simply did an interview whereby he guffed on about how he loved to build model buses. That way, anybody searching Boris...

The Oft-Repeated Pattern of Stakeholder Demotion and Entrepreneurial Opportunity

    HOT!
For me this is the difference between capitalism and corporatism. The first allows for the growth and betterment of the common man or woman. The second panders to the behemoth of the corporate entity, destroying and stifling competition, swaying government legislation in order to skew the...

Kobe Bryant Dies in Helicopter Crash

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
For me the sadness isn't that he was a big star, it's that he was 41. My friend recently died, she was 42 and had 4 kids. People die all the time before they're old, or even sick, however it doesn't make it less painful. This is why we need to fill our lives with meaning, sure, make money, be...

Got my first rejection letter, woohoo!

    EXECUTION
Thanks MJ, no problem on the time! Although, related to another thread of mine, my hijacked email address is still linked to this account, so I don't think I can send forum contact messages as it will try to send it via a domain I no longer control. Instead I could pass my details onto to...

Got my first rejection letter, woohoo!

    EXECUTION
Price I got quoted for an editor was about £500-£1000 I didn't know about the Kindle create The artist as you correctly state will cost me a few hundred. But then what about marketing it? Doesn't that cost? Anyway, I'm at rock bottom at the moment. Even if I get an editor for a better...

Got my first rejection letter, woohoo!

    EXECUTION
You mean, why aren't I publishing it myself on Kindle? Simple answer, cost. It's easy to put out a crappy book on Kindle, however I want to put one out that has a chance of selling. For that I need, decent artwork, and a book that's been edited by someone else other than myself. Then of...

Got my first rejection letter, woohoo!

    EXECUTION
I started a progress thread on the inside about self publishing my books, however I simply can't afford to do it properly, in fact I can't even afford an insiders subscription at the moment. So rather than wait an indefinite amount of time, I decided to try and get a book deal, which in a lot of...

Found the perfect job but some concerns

Then you're just worried about getting stuck. It's fine though, the fact you're worrying about it says you won't. It's taken me about 30 years to realise that other people's opinions on stuff you do is really not worth all that. In fact I read something the other day which gave me a real aha...

Found the perfect job but some concerns

As long as they're not forcing you to go to prayer meetings (unless that's your thing), then go for it. What's your gut instinct though? You sound like there's something niggling you about the job. Was there something the interviewer avoided or skipped over? At the end of the day, a high...

I Am Being Blackmailed - Need Help

Thanks, I didn't see this reply at the time. I'll definitely check out the link, even if their not attorneys, they have more expertise than I do. You're right, it's time to bring the other half in and get full assed about this issue :-)

Finding something, anything, to sell or do (help me pick an idea!)

    IDEA
Ah yes, living in a building site isn't exactly desirable. Lol. But yes, you could well find some productions who need a blank slate, they often redecorate to suit their purposes anyway. As long as you've got leccy and water and it's not overly dangerous, you should be fine. If you want, you...

Are you already renting out a room or rooms in your house? Air BnB could be a good route to fast cash. Also, if you google 'rent my house to the film industry' a few companies come up whereby you can register your house for free, and of course that's much more lucrative than renting. A friend...
