Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency Discussion (And Predictions)
HOT! CRYPTO CHATBitcoin is about to go parabolic in my humble opinion. In the next 12 months it'll be apparent how badly the Chinese economy is doing and this will trigger a bull run on BTC. Maybe I'm wrong, watch this space to see.- Roli

How come wireless power transfer (WPT) is still not being used to power our cell phones?
IDEAI have had two different designs of wireless phone charger (one good, one bad) I have also noticed that on a particular train route here in the South of England, there are wireless chargers on the tables in first class. So yeah, we're using it, but I'm guessing it has its limitations.- Roli

Idea to combat porn addiction (is there a market?)
INTROI've used blockers like focusme to keep me off Facebook/Twitter/Youtube et.al, I'll list the pros and cons I personally found. Pros: It works, you set the blocker to give you a minimum time on the site and when you hit that time the site is blocked for the rest of the day. The blocker does...- Roli

Elon Musk acquires Twitter, Discuss
HOT! SOCIAL MEDIA CHATMeh, Elon himself said as long as the bio says parody he's fine, but hey-ho I don't really care one way or the other, I used to like Elon but his support of an illegal coup in Chile really rubbed me the wrong way. I do find it funny though that when Elon says, I want to create a hive mind of...- Roli

Is your brand exposed? Trademark your brand the easy way with Trademarkings

Elon Musk acquires Twitter, Discuss
HOT! SOCIAL MEDIA CHATI think you're placing too much stock in Elon's shtick about free speech and impartiality. He doesn't care one little bit, he cares about data capture. He has a company called something like neuralink, whereby he wants to connect all of our brains to some kind of hive mind. Elon is great at PR...- Roli

Elon Musk acquires Twitter, Discuss
HOT! SOCIAL MEDIA CHATA lot of people think Doge will be the coin because of his past tweets. However I'm not so sure, if anything he's more likely to make a Twitter coin. Maybe that's even the interest with Binance, their own coin has done tremendously well, mainly because of its utility on the Binance platform...- Roli

Make Reward The Effort: How To Motivate Yourself
MINDSETI have been following Professor Huberman for a short while, I've found his advice has been good for my attention problems. Anyway just wanted to share this snippet from his podcast, whereby he gives some pretty counterintuitive advice about motivation. Andrew Huberman is an American...- Roli

Elon Musk acquires Twitter, Discuss
HOT! SOCIAL MEDIA CHATVerified accounts used to go on the dark web for upwards of $15,000. Now you can buy one from Elon for $8 per month. If you think the bots and scammers are bad on Twitter now, wait till this kicks in. But yeah, I'm sure it'll make loads of money. Which he'll need to seeing as he has lost 72% of...- Roli

Can't catch a break with Tiktok ads - $1,047.22 lost
MARKETINGI think the answer is in your last video "Are you looking for car insurance?" No, because I'm like 12. What other socials are you trying? Instinctively I would not think there are enough people who can drive and are old enough to care about the cost of their insurance. How's Google going for...- Roli

Voluntary Slavery, Is This The Best Business Concept Ever?
IDEAYeah that's one, but at least you came away with something at the end right? Did you ever make money being a physical therapist after that? Was it a well recognised qualification? Still though, paying someone to work sucks.- Roli

Voluntary Slavery, Is This The Best Business Concept Ever?
IDEAI've heard of a few of these waste product businesses over the years, I do love that idea. It is a similar concept, people paying you and giving you your main product for free. Love it.- Roli

Voluntary Slavery, Is This The Best Business Concept Ever?
IDEAI have just been made aware (by my 11 year old no less), of a business that utilises a labour force which pays it to work! We all (hopefully) agree that slavery is wrong, forcing someone to work for you for no money so that you may profit is immoral right? Well how about getting someone to work...- Roli

Having Children...Pros and Cons?
HOT! PEOPLEFair enough, you've worked in schools so you have a better angle on it than most people without kids. It's just that I know a couple of adults who were home schooled and they still to this day, regret missing out on a "normal" education. They craved school and you can see the look of not quite...- Roli

Having Children...Pros and Cons?
HOT! PEOPLEThe reality of having a child is way different to the ideal. That whole "educate yourself" thing is so much harder than you think and you'll start to appreciate schools when you try. Also there is the social aspect, school is important because it teaches you how to form relationships, deal with...- Roli
