Switching from night owl to early bird

    HEALTH
I think my natural time of sleep and waking is about 11 pm and up at 7 am. I've slowly changed this to 9 pm and up at 4:30 - 5:00 am for many reasons. First, how I did it. S L O W L Y. In 15-minute increments about once or twice a week I'd wake up earlier. It was all alarm clock for a long...

Need Motivation? Put Your Back Against the Wall

    MINDSET
Several years ago, my kickboxing Sensi and I were sparing in the ring. He was kicking my a$$ as usual. We would be in the center of the ring, he’d sidekick me sending me into the ropes, I’d bounce off the ropes and back to the center of the ring for more a$$-kicking. Vicous cycle. One...

Do you feel investment property is not worth it in your area?

On the subject of taxes and wealth building. Anyone have a recommendation for someone to help guide me? I have a tax consultant but I'm not impressed so far. I need options.

Hey @Walter Hay I've been reading a lot on the backlog of ships in Shenzhen and on the States West Coast and the soaring shipping costs. I'm looking at a particular product that would ship from Shenzhen. I have a company that has boots on the ground in China to vet companies for me. Any 'real...

Tin Foil Hat Time: Are Aliens Here?

    HOT! CHAT
This UFO controversy has been ongoing for decades. Slowly, over the years, more and more credible people have come forward with their stories, documentaries, books, etc. Now, our Government is coming forward saying they don't know what these are. More and more people are thinking about the idea...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Uncertain. We'll be here for another year I think to build up the businesses. Idea is to sell one business and scale the other(if it works). We'll road trip it in the early Fall to look for other places to live. We'll start with North and West of here. I'm taking global warming into...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
I moved from Michigan to Arizona just over 1 yr ago. Am I happier? No. But then I don't let my life circumstances determine my level of happiness. Do I enjoy it here more than MI? 100%! With 1.8 million acres of National Forest surrounding me, there's plenty of outdoor activity to do which I...

    GOLD! HOT!
I got an email from Penzu.com that showed what I wrote on 5-25-2017(4 yrs ago). I thought it was pertinent to this thread. A little backstory first. I was stressing trying to figure out what to do for a business and how to make money while rehabbing. I had major knee surgery from an accident...

Growing to fast and I need help. Partner, employees or outscourcing?

I can only give you my experience but maybe it will help. Define WHO you want to be. The CEO of your company for example. This is my personal goal. So, I hire and contract people to free up my time to expand and scale my business. This does cost $$ in the moment. But. It allows me time to focus...

I need more Segways! 6 more to start. This is challenging. I could buy the older, used, re-manufactured style but they're expensive and I'd have to piece them together from different sellers to get 6 total. China is making them but vetting is challenging. I'm in touch with a company that has...

Vegan / Vegetarians Only (Chat about lifestyle, opportunities, food, whatever...)

    NOTABLE!
Man, I see people like this daily and I feel terrible for them. They've gotten sucked into the advertising from the corps that sell shit they call food. This comes up in conversations with my customers. I've had so many people say "I couldn't give up meat." In my head, I think "If someone put...

    NOTABLE!
I can't add too much more to this thread except my personal experiences and what I do with my whole food plant-based diet. I made the switch over 4 years ago. Results: Best bloodwork I've ever had. Energy to spare every day. Laser focus(I'm A.D.D. and off my medication for 2 years now)...
