    Are you using your SaaS to do the work for them, or are they asking lots of questions? If they're asking questions can you use something like Chatbase(.)co and train it on your content and FAQs so people can self-serve?

    I had the same experience cancelling Google Workspace on two incorrect emails addresses. It was an automated chatbot that took me through the steps. My thinking is that getting a refund doesn't really need human input, which frees up humans to do more creative and helpful activities.
