    Working on Sunday

    EXECUTION FEEDBACK
I'm big into automation, but at the right time. Like, why automate something you've never even done once? You don't even have a process for it yet, so automating it isn't solving the problem you currently have.

Advice For My Business Situation and Plan

    EXECUTION FEEDBACK
Can you stack your skills and experience on top of each other and build your high ground? Like maybe doing marketing for dog walkers, which you can already do? As for home improvements... personally I prefer emergency type of work over improvements, but I do Google Ads rather than Facebook...

Deciding on the right idea of all of them buzzing around in my head

    MINDSET QUESTION
I keep telling people to go help someone first. If they come back and say they can't find anyone to help, then they don't have a route to market (or there is no market). I like to define a market as the people *already* paying to solve the problem you can also solve. Then sales is a screening...

    Training courses

    SIDE HUSTLE
A market is a group of people already paying to solve a problem you can solve. What are people already paying for? Is it similar courses? Is it software or tools to try and solve their problem? Are they hiring people? Etc.

I’ve been asked to give a talk at my old high school

    MINDSET
If I was to give a talk in school or college then it would be along the lines of what I discuss in the thread below. Maybe some of it will resonate and help you with your talk? https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/start-faster-stop-learning.109446/

Yep. This is why I often ask people what they're going to do to make a sale this week. It focuses the mind on what's important instead of busy stuff. This is especially important for those getting started. IMO, people don't need a skill. They just need to offer to help someone, have someone...

    Pursuing multiple ideas in parallel?

    ASSERTION CHAT QUESTION
Say Yes to everything to start. Say No to (almost) everything to scale. Basically... kiss a lot of frogs to find what works for you, and get some experience. Personally, I'd look at your current skills, experience, network, etc ... and then look for people to help. I'd personally also...
