    I have some experience here as far as starting big or small. I think most of the more successful chaps here will agree and say start small....just sell something. Get the cash flowing. Find out what your market likes and doesn't like about what you're selling then make it better...pivot if needed.

    Great thread ! The gym. I do it for many reasons. To feel good and look good. I love setting an example for my now adult children. I enjoy having a 'presence' when I enter a room because I train (Those aren't my words). I don't have to think about anything else.... I think people in business...

    Absolutely. 5 days of physical activity...sometimes 6. Weight training 4-5 days/wk. Martial Arts weekly. Heavy bag periodically....for some reason it feels really good hitting something. Meditation daily. Diet...very good. All this keeps me sharp and feeling good.
