EXECUTIONI wanted to lose 10kg AND lose 5% body fat. Right now I'm around 21%-22%. So that would mean to go to 16% in 3 months, which should be feasible if I stick to my diet and do some exercise. Until the end f the year I want to lose another 5% to get to around 12%.- Martin Boeddeker
