    Caffeine can kill your productivity!

    HOT! HEALTH
Dude I can totally relate. I've been on and off those damn things for a while now myself. They seem so harmless and a good little kick when i'm tired but after drinking them regularly i definitely notice a crash kicking in. Talk later, I gotta go hit the convenience store lol.

Who here is making any real money through an online business?

    EXECUTION
I scoured this whole forum and there's not really anyone here making money online. Well, maybe there is but you actually have to search their stories and read for a while to extract the info. It's a real bummer.

Real estate investors - how do you get more properties?

    REAL ESTATE
Yeah the mortgage industry really is crappy for REI at this time. We've been buying small deals for cash and renovating then renting. Of course the area isn't exactly paradise... So far it's working great, you just need to find an area within an acceptable driving distance to you. Maybe that...

    Don't Learn to Code?!!

    HOT!
I recall @limitup AMA post about his success online and he totally recommended learning at least the basics + php and mysql. He said that knowing how to tweak your own stuff was the difference between him and his competition that needed to have someone else take care of the constant changes...

    REAL ESTATE
Sorry I think I assumed gender there without reading your screen name lol! You are certainly making a very good move for your future regardless of young old male female etc.

    Investing in Rental Property advice?

    REAL ESTATE
Great job man - you can compound the cashflow from that thing with your savings from other earnings and then buy another and keep repeating until you have a fat income stream. That's exactly what my wife and I are doing. Buy cheap for cash, get repaired and rented, bank the cash and scale it...

Do You Have a Sickening Work Ethic?

    EXECUTION
No doubt that intense focus like that will produce huge results. Also no doubt that the same focus requires one to sacrifice other things. It depends on your values on whether or not it is ok to cut everything else out of your life to focus only on business success. However I do like MJ's...

STOP Paying Rent: Live For Free

    GOLD! REAL ESTATE
No doubt about it! We own a 3 unit and took the smallest apartment in the back, which is more private anyway. My wife and I are aquiring our freedom from slowlane life through real estate, and also own some good rentals that are throwing off income. We updated the apt so it looks pretty cool...

    Call Out To @JasonR

    PEOPLE
I've never come across such positive influences as those that spend time in the forum, in my entire life. To @jason: I just recently started reading your posts and about your conquests, and I am totally inspired and motivated by what you're doing - awesome work! Awesome for you and for all...

    Can entrepreneurship really be taught?

Without a doubt yes. If people can go from "hardened criminal" to "pillar of society", or change religions, or from drug addict to health nut etc, etc...then I think anybody can learn just about anything. It starts with your thought process and then your actions follow, and then results...

    Dead Millionaires Tell No Tales...

    HOT!
Absolute insanity. I recently saw an article on Yahoo titled something like "Secrets of the Rich" or whatever, I can't remember. I clicked on it, and the 2nd or 3rd paragraph started talking about 1st maxing out your 401k (yea I'm sure that's what all the rich people are doing!), 2nd...

Legalized Scamming (Rental Property Stories from HELL)

    HOT!
@Boo Blizzi - Renting to sec 8 and low income housing is like preparing for war every day! I'm a landlord too and my god we need to approach the welfare types so much differently. It's a completely different strategy. It's very profitable though when executed properly - but really need to...

    Apartment Investing

    REAL ESTATE
Great thread @SteveO! For some reason at a young age I too fell in love with real estate and I think I always will embrace it. It took me a while to develop the skills to manage it well because you certainly wear many hats in this business. I've come to the conclusion that if the numbers...

    "The One Thing"....excellent book

    BOOKS
I found the book listed at the bottom of the forum page so many of you probably are aware of it already. But just in case you aren't I would highly recommend it to any and everyone. I guess you could call it a book on time management but it's really more about the power of focus and clarity...

THIS is why you are STUCK.

    GOLD! MINDSET
Although it seems like a slippery concept, I think Be - Do - Have is correct. Use fitness as an example: You don't live a fit healthy life by doing the workout on your P90x dvds or whatever. You get, and stay fit & healthy longterm by understanding the fundamentals of weight training...
