    Welp that sucks. We find small businesses that sell services, and we help them turn their service business into a subscription service business - with the ability to attract and extract funds from customers via an online website. So for example - a barber normally offers hair cuts to clients...

    We lost two team members, we're now down to only 6 members in total. We had launched this business www.subscriptioncow.com as our first MVP but we're having issues finding customers. So we're trying to come up with a new idea to build a MVP around. Thanks for all the comments & encouragements.

    Welp - time for another swing at plate

    EXECUTION
    The conversion might have been a fluke. Spent another £100 got no conversion from a really great offer. So I put the project to the side. And I'm going to replicate the business but with a different brand (better brand), offer deposit + 3 to 6 payments over 3-6 months, I'll also create an...

    Like I said, YOU know your craft better than your boss, try to look into how you and your colleagues do things. Maybe its outdated, maybe you do things in the wrong order, maybe things are scattered and if you organized things differently you'd be able to get things done much faster and increase...

    Go ask your boss what problems he has and try to solve them for him. Find a problem he's willing to give you an extra $300 month to solve for him. If you can figure out how you can increase your productivity at work for you and your colleagues by making an app or creating a device or system...

    Licensing - How to distribute and market a product?

    You could give a few of your products away to influencers that have 100,000+ or millions of followers on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram etc. and in return for the free gift they can perhaps give you a shout out and record a unpacking video or something. 1 right influencer = 1000s of sales.

    Got tired of trying to recruit the last 2 members, so me and another founder decided to buy those last two spots. We're voting on ideas this Monday and choosing 1 or 2 to build a MVP around. Otherwise no real news... though got some positive feedback loop;

    No, what they started was a family bank. That's not the same.
