Seeking Advice: Cold Outreach vs. Freelance Platforms... Which Lead Generation Strategy Should I Prioritize? - Is My Strategy even Effective?

    MARKETING
Speaking from the perspective of a lead, I receive about ten emails daily regarding this kind of service. Most of them feature a generic, AI-generated, copy-pasted message. Just by reading the first sentence, I can tell they haven't taken the time to look at the website. If I were ever to hire...

    Flying Private: Progress Thread

    EXECUTION
Very good observation. But not only that there is also a confidentiality issue. Also, this seems like a weak argument from your friend. If this is indeed true it is amazing for you. What web development are we talking about? Do you already have so many customers that you need a platform? What...

Should i sell my house and rent an apartment to pay for my debt and gather capital to start my buisness (the house is already paid for compelttely)

    ASK THE AI
It is a terrible habit to ask for advice (even from AI) with so little context. Are you that bored to write a paragraph or two explaining your situation? If writing a few paragraphs already feels like too much work, how will you handle starting a business? Starting a business requires a lot of...

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread

    HOT! CHAT
In recent days, I've had real trouble finding movies that aren't trying to shove woke propaganda down my throat. This is why I've started watching older movies. One of them is "Idiocracy" from 2006. It is a satirical comedy that, with vitriolic humor, portrays a dystopian future marked by human...

GRIM: A Unique Spin on Something Old = Success

    EXECUTION
The presentation is perfect, but the message is shit. Especially the random "God is with you" message is stupid AF. "It's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God (Matthew 19:24)." Sorry, the message is always more important. I...

    Is Fastlane even 'Fastlane' anymore?

    HOT! MINDSET CHAT
What data supports your claim? In the area where I currently live, most millionaires work in the FARMING industry, and 22% are employed. Please stop making assumptions. Look at what other people rich in your area are doing. If it falls within your circle of competence (or close to it), do that...

This awesome "life hack" is also the easiest to use.

    EXECUTION NEWSLETTER
I 100% agree. This has worked for me in everything I have achieved. It is also backed up by scientific research. To paraphrase: The person who designs their environment is the person who designs their life. We can be the architect of our success or the architect of our own demise. Choosing not...

    Personality is a scam

    HOT! MINDSET
I do not like personality tests. When I need to know my personality I simply light a fire and sacrifice a goat to Zeus. If the blood of the goat goes left I am an introvert. If it goes right I am an extrovert. If it goes towards the fire it means that I am definitely an ambivert. My system...

Help me get over my ex

Hang in there buddy. 16-25 is a terrible age to be. Everything sucks. Your hormones are everywhere and you feel emotional and overwhelmed quite often. Everyone experiences this. It gets much better from there, like 1000 times better. It is OK to feel emotional and without direction. Just try to...

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
I am reading "The Blank Slate" by Steven Pinker. It is an amazing book that has me completely agreeing with it. It challenges common misconceptions and ideologies that people believe in, relying heavily on scientific research. A great reminder of the fact that humans are essentially...

    Subconscious programming

    ASK THE AI
There's something to it. There's a whole lot of woohoo shit about subconscious programming, but here's the deal: not all methods are created equal. Take habit formation, for instance. It's a big piece of the subconscious programming puzzle. Imagine you've got to hit 100 sales calls each day to...

I am offered to be a CTO in a startup

    HOT! IDEA
No man you are wrong. Similar to @Tau Ceti I found many benefits of working at a startup. And I worked in startups also twice. The 2 main benefits are skill building and connections. For the record, I have also worked in a Fortune 500 company in similar roles. You do not get nearly as much...

You can get valuable experience from such a role that directly translates into starting your own business.
