    Anyone else get 3am ideas?

    FEEDBACK
UPDATE on the healthy foods idea. Last night I put the ice cream in the freezer, tasted it this morning and it tasted just like store bought ice cream. It's perfectly healthy with all organic ingredients, no sugar, and packed with dry fruits, but it's not chunks, it's sort of blended up where...

    Anyone else get 3am ideas?

    FEEDBACK
I've gotten into the habit of keeping a notepad next to my bed because I keep waking up with random ideas. If I don't write them down immediately, I'll forget them by morning. Most of them never go anywhere, but I enjoy collecting them because every now and then one sticks. These are all from...

I'm currently working on making some money so my dad will let me buy an ebike, and so he won't yell at me about wasting money (The last time I lost some screws) I'll get my mom to go to the office to put up a flier for handyman services in the community notice board. Other than that I'm studying...

Interesting approach—especially going from SEO/rank & rent into faster AI-assisted builds. On the local marketplace idea, how are you thinking about solving the classic cold start problem? Are you planning to manually seed providers in one area first, or are you leaning more on SEO/content to...

I've found my meaning and purpose at last

    STORY
Also my dad does very much talk about them as if they were my problems too, and sometimes even my fault. A couple of days ago he was mad at me cuz I lost a couple of screws, talking about some "We don't have enough money to keep buying more screws."

I've found my meaning and purpose at last

    STORY
I'll be sending my mom to the office of our community today to put up a flier in the notice board, and then I'll go hang up some more on the light poles. I'm thinking of a handyman service (Go to this thread for more info: PEOPLE - SCALING - EXECUTION - Scaling a handyman service business) I...

AI SAAS Business in a Box developement

    SIDE HUSTLE
I'm sorry MJ, but I wouldn't say im entitled (I'm pretty sure everyone who's entitled says this.) Actually, im not even sure why I said that cuz I haven't been providing much value except occasionally. I promise I'll be better from now.

AI SAAS Business in a Box developement

    SIDE HUSTLE
okay, thanks. I've just created an account on fiverr yesterday, is it smart to offer ai development and prompt engineering stuff. or is it too easy for people to just do it themselves (Also damn my threads get no replies)

How should I price my b2b manufacturing service business?

    QUESTION
I think you definately should ask an extra fee for paint or any changes they want to make to the furniture, but base it on how complicated or time-consuming the change is. Say someone wants you to remove one of the drawers in a table, that would take 15 minutes max, so you would charge a small...

    Scaling a handyman service business

    PEOPLE SCALING EXECUTION
This thread actually gave me a great idea, I could give handyman services around the neighorhood for cheap. (I think the average is $200 a day) A handyman has been coming to our house for almost month now to do renovations, and I've picked up a lot of skills from him so it might be smart to...

    EXECUTION
That's great! too bad my mom is cautious enough to barely let me ride a bicycle. but im sure many people would find use for it. though, wouldn't there be a surge in homeless carpoolers? nobody would want to walk 20 miles to get to a target that is giving out free honey buns no?

AI SAAS Business in a Box developement

    SIDE HUSTLE
Keep up the grind. but I have a question. I've also been working on an AI chatbot. I've been training it using google collab with Llama as my backend. Is this a good idea or should I just use something like Google AI studio and just have a frontend that let's the users use the AI for the tasks?

I've found my meaning and purpose at last

    STORY
Yeah, that's pretty smart. But my dad put me to work a couple of months ago to create a website or an app that will help us (I say us because me and my mom do some of the filing) get more clients from all over US. I began creating it using AI but my dad kept complaining about different things...
