    Mall Kiosk Ideas

    IDEA
Rent for a Kiosk is a lot- so that is definitely something to look into. I wouldn't do the Keurig idea (just my opinion)- because you can buy keurig cups and supplies from any grocery store and chances are getting it at Walmart or Kroger are going to be a lot cheaper than buying it from a kiosk...

Where to learn how to wire audio things

Youtube, google, forums...etc. I learned a lot about electrical stuff through youtube and forums- last year I did a custom interior build on my car- I ripped out my entire interior, installed a heads up display, put in custom radio equipment, added a ton of upgrades, and almost all of the...

How do I stop worrying & overthinking & stressing out (20yo)

    EXECUTION
take action. As a 20 year old who used to feel the same way- I felt like I had so much to do in order to be where I wanted to be, I didn't know how to accomplish it all, and I had SO many questions. Once I started taking action, the tasks at hand didn't seem so daunting and I just took it one...

Why I Chose to Go to College

    RANT
While I don't disagree with you, I also don't agree with you either. Yeah, you are right. For some people dropping out is a bad decision- they are better off spending the money in college, networking, learning, and working on their business on the side. But for others, it is most certainly the...

What are you doing on your Friday night?

    OFF-TOPIC
Last night I went to Chipotle with my mom, came home read for an hour and then spent the rest of the night working on building a clock for my dads birthday while watching the tv show Chuck in the background....pretty good night:D

    Franchising with a Fastlane Mentality

    EXECUTION
Today I spent about 8 hours driving around the Dallas/Fort-Worth area trying to find a territory, and I think I may have found a great area for my franchise. I need to run the demographics on the area, I am also running the demographics for the top 5 and bottom 5 units for this concept so I can...

    Aliba IPO

I personally don't invest in a stock when there is hype/excitement surrounding it- I've done it before and it has never worked out well for me. For me, Alibaba has too much hype.

    Having High Expectations

    MINDSET
Agreed with what Ninjakid said. I am the exact same way, and I think that it is great to have high standards- but you can't beat yourself up if you don't reach specific goals or if you don't live up to your own expectations- as long as you get close, you are still progressing and that is good...

    Why High School Is Useless

it isn't hard to pass high school- I am someone who dropped out of university and got straight C's in high school because I had no interest in it- so I know how you feel, but I never even considered dropping out of high school as a real option. To pass high school all you have to do is show up-...

    The Amish among us...

This is a really good idea- I like the approach of building a brand and having the brand be known for authentic Amish goods, and finding a way to assure people that your products are in fact authentic. One thing that may be difficult is scaling- because these products are made by hand, it may...

Do I Go To Law School?

Welcome to the forum- if you had bad grades, why didn't you just go to Community College? A lawyer is a good job, but don't forget that it is a slowlane job- For some people, that is perfectly fine. But if you are wanting to go to law school get prepared to be in a massive about of student...

    Franchising with a Fastlane Mentality

    EXECUTION
Thank you! Over the last year or two I've brainstormed (and tried out) a lot of different ideas, from venturing into e-commerce to working solely in residential real estate, and also trying to become a franchisor- and the more I thought about it, the more research I did, and after I talked to...

    Franchising with a Fastlane Mentality

    EXECUTION
Here is what is next: Now is time to deal with the legal side of things- I will be getting the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in the mail in the next day or so. Then, I will have to examine the FDD and negotiate things like opening dates, fees…etc. This will take time, as I want to make...

    Franchising with a Fastlane Mentality

    EXECUTION
Hello everyone! So this has been a long time coming, and I am really excited to finally create my own progress thread for my Fastlane venture. My Fastlane business is to own fast-food franchises- and I know what most of you are thinking, “Franchising is NOT Fastlane”- but I believe that it can...

    What Is Your Dream Business?

    HOT! MINDSET
I'd like to own an animal sanctuary- A ranch full of domestic, exotic (ones who can't be returned to the wild), and farm animals where they can live the rest of their lives in peace on an awesome ranch, without having to worry about being abused or being used for food.

Living in a Bubble - Help

    MINDSET
I agree with what the others have said- just go do something. Make a point to try something new once a week or once a day- it doesn't have to be huge, but just force yourself to take action. it will be hard at first but then you will get used to it- like with anything in life, it takes practice...

    People Are Desperate...

    OFF-TOPIC
I did the exact same thing yesterday. My tenant ditched 2 huge couches on my lawn- the city said I would be fined if I didn't get rid of them in 24 hours. They didn't fit in my car and I can't even move a couch by myself, so I posted free couches on craigslist and they where gone within 45 minutes

    Rice / NFL / Justice

    OFF-TOPIC
I agree with what MJ said- people are pissed because evidence points towards the fact that the NFL saw the video a few months ago and they did nothing about it- It's as if Ray Rice didn't get dropped for domestic violence, instead he got dropped because the NFL had to save face because they...
