    Personally, I use water sometimes with lemon for flavour, DONT use a plastic bottle A. Harmful chemicals even if bpa free (caller bps and its worse) B. itll get hot more quickly, causing the chemicals to A. Multiply and B. Warm up the water which is disgusting.
