    That's probably more a fluke I would imagine. Unless this is something consistent you're now seeing day after day. In that case, I would contact Google to see if something is wrong with your actual account.

    I'm really not surprised about this at all. I have always found that walking away from the pc now and then, even for 30 minutes doing some other things will very much get me "re-charged" for another long session. I play guitar too, so that's a nice disconnect.

    Most often you want to use both. Those are what is referred to as Exact and Phrase matches. When using Broad (just the keyword with no brackets/quotes) then see if you also need to add appropriate negative keywords.
