    Yeah I have noticed that it's (almost) always entire boxes that go missing. I used to send in cases of 6 units per box. So they "lost" them in multiples of 6 (like 6, 12, 18, etc.), not like 7 or 11. Obviously exact case counts. Same after I switched to 25 units per box. Now they are lost in...

    Update; Yep, turns out the remaining ones were all lost too... But they only reimburse 90% of what I would have made if they were sold, and of course the UPS cost to get to FBA is also a loss. OP; follow the advice from @biophase and send them a ticket to check it out. Very likely lost.

    For me, it has been painfully slow this November/December. Takes them easily 12-16 days to get stuff scanned in, and when I say scanned in I mean it barely trickles in.. But thanks for the tip on the reconcile feature, I didn't know that could have an effect!
