Are you doing this because you can deliver value? Or are you doing this because you see the opportunity to make money? It sounds like you're money chasing on this one to be honest...

Are these complimentary at all? Would they make a cohesive brand? Also, are these things that have a very technical process to make or can you cook them in your home kitchen? If they're things you can make at home or in a commercial kitchen, go for both, and see which one has the better...

Sorry, I do not. I looked into exporting to Canada for FBA, but got lost in all the regulations and import laws, that it wasn't worth it at the time. It's something I need to revisit, but sadly, don't have any experience with it yet.

The most important thing you need to do is figure out your customer avatar. Is your product really niche? Or is it a broad type category, like a snack? Find out where those people hang out, and sample and talk to them. Rxbar was created for people doing CrossFit. So the founder spent a...

What @MoreValue failed to notice here is, the overwhelming negative response to the hecklers here is precisely the market validating @Kak ’s offering. Anyone who’s bothered to stick around here for a while knows Kak is the real deal and those who try to heckle that are quickly being shut down...

How to EMBARRASS yourself - Don't be this guy

    EXECUTION RANT
I think it was less of a cultural disconnect as it was that the OP was missing a LOT of context/backstory. I’m guessing Bara has been absent a while, because I honestly hadn’t run across her in the 3 years I’ve been here on the forum and didn’t know her profession/business. Add to that I’m...

    EXECUTION RANT
Now this whole thread makes sense. I can’t speak for the other posters, but I had no idea this guy was trying to start a porn website and be exploitive. To me it sounded like he wanted to repost some articles you wrote. And didn’t know what Sesta/fosta, But assuming those are the laws you’re...

Mines a long rant too... But I refuse to get my products USDA Organic Certified of Non-GMO Certified. They’re marketing scams, based on pseudo science, and are not sustainable for the environment.

I worked at a French bakery in college. The place was pastry heaven. The owner was an older woman who mirrored the exact same sentiments. She would repeatedly tell us, “this is my art experiment not a business. If you don’t like it, too bad” Which was depressing as hell, because that place...

Oh jeez, why did you have to dig up this thread out of all of my threads? Haha. Honestly, this thread should serve more as a cautionary tale and a case study in exactly what NOT to do when first discovering the Fastlane. Because honestly, we didn't actually accomplish anything. It doesn't take...

@Ericito I’m disappointed reading this. And I don’t think you’ll get much sympathy from those of us who are still pushing hard to pursue their goals. I know you said there are extenuating circumstances... but blaming lack of money is not a good enough excuses. I ran out of money. So I started...

And that's a key word, Consumables. With most products, you really only expect a customer to buy one, maybe two of them. But with foods, you're constantly repurchasing.
