This labor shortage is sooooo draining

    PEOPLE
Love this. Very in the line of thinking of Patrick-Bet-David's thought process regarding hiring - stand out from the market by showing how you can help the person, and not making them feel like they're another cog in the machine.

I've recently been cold calling some local companies, and I generally open with something along the lines of 'Hey! How're you? Lovely weather today'. If...

Awesome approach! I imagine this makes it a lot easier when hiring internationally too, seeing as you aren't scheduling interviews around multiple time zones etc. Actually, on that topic - do most of your employees come from Germany too? Or are they international? If they're international -...

I approach both. 2/3 of my clients are in the UK, the US construction company was contacted via cold email. I do focus on both the UK and the US (pretty much a 50/50 split) but my experience so far has been that US clients are both easier to convince and willing to invest more than UK clients...

Interesting thread. I've just ordered some - I've heard great things about magnesium for guys, e.g. 'supports testosterone hormone for the gym' but I haven't gotten around to trying it myself. I'll post an update here if I notice any significant changes. I've also heard good things about...
