    Youtube is the new Fastlane

    EXECUTION
Not quite - when you get to a certain point of $$ per month on Youtube things change a bit. You'll get a direct contact at Google, and you are no longer on the 'strike and your out' list either (and even if you are for whatever reason - you can speak with your contact and have that resolved...

    If you've flown overseas....

My mistake - it was 48 Baht ( one off payment ) for the sim and then the package was 300 Baht which is more like $9 USD. Still pretty cheap!

    If you've flown overseas....

You can pick up 3G sims in China/ Hong Kong for very cheap. No need to rent a phone for that much! I'm in Thailand right now. It was 48 baht for 500mb of data ( small but their packages go right up to several gigabytes) and unlimited calls for 28 days( local) . 48 baht is around $1.50. Also...

    Tech Tutoring!! Time and money!

Tnagent - but I always thought a great idea would be creating software for OAP's - like an email programme or a browser with everything removed except the bare essentials (visually - BIG buttons, large text etc) - basically like a kid's toy version of software.

    China?

For shipping look at sendfromchina.com 1k seems a bit high to me for a prototype, but I only have experience of silicone products being made up there.

How Well Do You Really Know Your Customers

This one really got me thinking hard. Particularly for web based businesses where we see hundreds or thousands of people visit a day. We owners of Web-based businesses love to gloat about how many customers/users we have. But do we really know any of them? Sure, we can calculate their...

Thanks for your reply. In the initial 300 run i'll be doing distribution from home to get some insights into how that process works and any tricks i'm missing from a marketing point of view. In terms of how do I get in front of the audience? Well i'm lucky enough to have some authority sites...

    A question about packaging

Thanks guys. Jake - i'll look into that - thanks! mapaul04 -Thanks. there is no one really doing exactly what I am doing. The product I suppose would be similar to those silicone keyboard protectors - although it's not really for a keyboard... it's a much tighter / untapped niche. A similar...
