If you had 6 Figures sitting in a savings bank account, where else would you put it at?

    INVESTING
6 figures isn't much, I'd put it into business(es) to get up to 7 figures before at all considering passive income vehicles.

Am I depressed, lost or just lazy?

    HOT! HEALTH
If you say to yourself out loud, "I need", does nothing come to mind? I reread your OP and this stuck out to me Would you say you are your own harshest critic and biggest fan? I do think learning to love one's self is a great place to start. Someone that does not love himself is not capable...

Any advice on how to get clients as a mobile app developer?

    SIDE HUSTLE SAAS / APPS
You may like the book called Getting Ahead by Joel Garfinkle. He describes a way to create your own personal brand to make leads come to you instead of the other way around. In short, provide value to the market and establish yourself as an authority.

Am I depressed, lost or just lazy?

    HOT! HEALTH
Happiness does not come externally. How can an internal state of happiness be fundamentally shaped by anything but one's internal states of perspective, beliefs, and emotions? Purpose is a funny topic. What is the purpose of a hammer? Must it be prescribed? Or is it innate to the properties...

    Is my thinking flawed?

If you had an investor(s), how would that change what you see is possible? Whiteboard creation service can be very scalable if you create a productized service. I highly recommend reading Built to Sell if this intrigues you, and well it's worth reading either way for general fastlane business...

Hoping there's a FASTLANE here in Central America too!!

    INTRO
My general view is that the less economically developed a country is, the more opportunities there are in several respects. The country simply has more blatant needs to be fulfilled. Take a step back. Look at what the country's people really need. Think HUGE, nothing is too big to do. And see...

    Is MLM so bad?

MLM makes crazy money for the founders. Amway is the classic example. I was referring to Lifewave's main product, the X39 patch. Super sketchy. I suppose because I'm in the metaphysical space, stuff like this irks me. It gives the whole space a really bad name. It uses 'phototherapy' to...

    Recreating this Forum

For most interests, a subreddit is more than sufficient. It's when you need more than user likes to curate content, where it's helpful for users to build a reputation for specialties/experience, etc that maybe a forum would actually be needed in the space.

A little unsure about the lending part in The Millionaire Fastlane.

    INVESTING
Getting passive income by investing or lending in safe things that give 2-10% is what you do AFTER you've made your million. I'd focus more on making that million and figure out what you're going to do with it later. Though I'm guessing you don't live in the USA as $40k/yr you can survive off...

How can I make $500 online?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Someone being younger may make buyers a little more skeptical. But if you have a portfolio to point to, that will help greatly in overcoming doubt. At the end of the day, it's the quality of work that matters not the other characteristics of the person that created it. You can get domains for...

The Oft-Repeated Pattern of Stakeholder Demotion and Entrepreneurial Opportunity

    HOT!
Funny how so often things get entangled with semantics. And of course what socialism is does depend a lot on who you ask because of the forms in which it appears. If we take the opening paragraph from wiki: And yes communism is a form of socialism, by definition. Both derive from Marx...

The Oft-Repeated Pattern of Stakeholder Demotion and Entrepreneurial Opportunity

    HOT!
ah okay, yes I was confusing them with Norway! The video was interesting, thank you. Though fundamentally this isn't socialism. It's capitalism with social programs. Socialism does not allow for private property or privately owned businesses. Socialism is fundamentally state/group owned means...

Dealing with depression as an entrepreneur, figuring things out as I go

Oh man this got dark :( I would suggest spending as little time around him as possible. Go anywhere else. I highly suggest nature as much as possible. There is nothing like being alone in nature. It is where one can well discover how not alone they are, if that makes any sense. I would suggest...

    An Excel Course?

    HOT! EXECUTION
lol that's so funny. I mean I guess I shouldn't be surprised, I have had to learn excel better over the last few years for work too. But I'd just bing what I needed and I usually found it pretty quickly. Though I recently realized Excel supports VBA. Which is nuts.
