Should I sell my apartment and invest the profit in stocks?
REAL ESTATEYou're not wrong. Owning a house can just as liking fall in price as stocks do. Unless you really like this house, I think it is a good idea to sell and move to an area that is less expensive. You can buy a new house/ rent(if you so prefer) and start a business with the left over money. The...- Mikkel

Should I sell my apartment and invest the profit in stocks?
REAL ESTATEI believe the average amount of money you need to be able to live off dividend stocks is about $3,000,000. Risking your money on stocks, which you probably know very little about is quite risky and probably not worth it. Mark Cuban has been known for saying that if you win the lottery, don't...- Mikkel

Executing Every Day
EXECUTIONTo further hit home the idea of getting rid of your X-Box. If you want to work at home, you will forever be reminded of playing X-Box. The battle is not won day by day, trying to resist the urge to play video games. The battle was lost when you bought the X-Box. I believe this is a Tony...- Mikkel

MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMARisky and I wouldn't be able to confidently tell you :/ However, I look at it as if my college has people using a bunch of different Instagram accounts and we don't get shut down. I don't believe it would be a problem, but I would look at BHW and see if anyone there has answers.- Mikkel

Instagram Marketing ($100K+ profit, 4M followers)
MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMAFrom what I understand, 1 phone is only allow to create 5ish accounts. I don't think it was so much that you were banned from Instagram, but rather you reached your limit with that phone. I suggest only using those accounts that you made on that phone and no more. For myself, I only will log...- Mikkel

GOLD! MINDSETI think MJ already asked my TOP 5 questions ;) Now, you would think that these big companies would have the man power to figure out how to buy these products from the manufacture, but apparently that's not the case. Besides finding are good quality product is your only other job is to get the...- Mikkel

Should I sell my Instagram accounts?
MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIAI've seen a few people doing this, but if that is banable, which I have not checked out yet, than defiantly don't do that. I'd be interested in find out where these Skype chats are for Instagramers. Might be interesting to join one of these groups, see what they are about.- Mikkel

Should I sell my Instagram accounts?
MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIAThere are different apps and programs that can post photos for you, I don't know if that would interest you. However, I would sell these accounts if you are not going to be able to keep them updated. Possible Places: Description: "Account for Sale. DM me for inquires"(What better place to...- Mikkel

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIONCongratulations @Oren112 :) I'm pumped you already got some sales! I don't know about you, but I hope to release about 5 t-shirt concepts, see which ones bite, cut out the rest and get back to the drawing board with new t-shirts. I'd like to have a solid selection of 5 t-shirts to start out with.- Mikkel

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIONIf you ask in about 1 month I should be able to tell you :) I have been falling a bit behind. My GFX is a bit slow in terms of both logo and graphics for our products. However, she is a personal friend of mine who I trust will do her best work so I chose to stick with her. I changed my...- Mikkel

GOLD! MINDSET@Kak That is an incredible story and says a lot about who you are. Also, sets a Gold Standard for people looking to start any business. Fight like hell for your customer, and when that hell comes back to fight you, you fight like hell again. Great story! Rep ++- Mikkel

Work on multiple projects at a time or focus on only one?
EXECUTIONI'd like to take two standpoints to this. If you're going to start a business, I believe working on only 1 or 2 things is the best way to go. Make sure you get the tasks done, that need to be completed to move forward in your business. However, when you're talking about you're specific...- Mikkel

Instagram Marketing ($100K+ profit, 4M followers)
MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMAI tried CPA for a very short period of time. I'm sure if I kept at it I would have converted but instead I left that field and decided to set my sights on starting my own business through Instagram instead. So, I couldn't discourage anyone from trying affiliate marketing online. For myself, it...- Mikkel

How to lose your best friend in 1 hour
PEOPLE RANTIt's been said on this forum quite often and I'll repeat. Ideas don't mean jack sh*t if you don't act on it. I say, good job for not letting that idea go to waste. And who knows, you may have sparked a fire in him to create something unique himself, one day.- Mikkel
