    Add some bananas or apples to your oatmeal. Tastes much better in my opinion. Check the ingredients on the peanut butter, if it says Partially Hydrogenated Oil or just Hydrogenated Oil, I would stay away from it. You typically see that stuff in creamy peanut butter.
