HOT! CHATYes. That's pretty much the concept in the EU, all different countries with their own policitics and rules and laws, while part of a bigger union with its overarching rules and laws that are more general in nature.- Supa

A New Path to the Fastlane - App Development
EXECUTIONThe new concept is coming together great. I always enjoyed to use whiteboards (physical and digital) to brainstorm and think about stuff, and while I used whiteboards when I worked on the first concept, I heavily relied on writing things up. Now it‘s pretty much the opposite: I mainly use...- Supa

HOT! CHATHaha, yeah in the German language there are often multiple words that got put together to form a new word. Like „Kühlschrank“ which means freezer, it‘s basically a combination of the word „Kühl“ (cool, as in cold) and „Schrank“ (closet), so a cool closet. Never really thought about it until I...- Supa

HOT! CHATCan only speak for German, but we definitely have that to some extent. For example there are some variations in how names are written (like Philipp, Phillip, Phillipp, or Dominik, Domenik, Dominic), some names that start with a K can also be written with a C (like Karo and Caro) sometimes...- Supa

HOT! CHATThis. Especially now, everyone will know that you most likely only do it, because importing parts is too expensive. And another thing is, that made in the US first has to become a definition of high standard for products. All stuff that takes quite some time to develop.- Supa

HOT! CHATYesterday we were too tired to cook and ordered some food from an Italian restaurant. It was quite a lot and quite fatty. After eating I already felt, that it was too much. My Apple Watch says that my heart rate was at 89 on average during the night. Really makes you realize how much your body...- Supa

HOT! CHATPeople who say that probably think we're talking about a few dollars more lol. It may sound good, until you do the math and look a bit into how world economics work today.- Supa

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATProblem is, most businesses need a healthy middle class to buy their products/services. As long as you are not B2B or a luxury brand, most of your customers will come from the middle class. So to add to all of this, if it continues, along with the middle class this would harm, if not destroy...- Supa

A New Path to the Fastlane - App Development
EXECUTIONBack to the drawing board Let‘s start this by saying, that I am absolutely happy with what I‘ve developed so far in terms of coding it and the app‘s basic features, especially considering that I only started to learn to code less than a year ago. That being said, the last few days I struggled...- Supa

Fact or fiction: Do entrepreneurs and business owners ACTUALLY have a “self-improvement-esque” routines?
QUESTIONIf waking up at 5am is what makes you personally more productive, go for it. If sleeping until 11am works for you, do that instead. If meditating helps you, do it. If it does not, then don't. If a structured day is what get's you to work on the important stuff, f*cking structure it, if chaos is...- Supa

HOT! CHATI know, but the shared article was new I assume. At the time most (who did) got their first booster, the pandemic ended shortly afterwards, since then there hasn't been much talk about getting boosters, except for doctors probably suggesting it to older folks.- Supa

HOT! CHATIt's interesting to see the differences in what the media in different countries focus on. Here, in Germany, nobody gives a F*ck about Corona boosters. Almost the only people who take them are older people (which is totally fine, since they were one of the biggest risk groups in the first...- Supa

Greetings from Poland, App Feedback
INTROI looked at it. First thing I noticed is the design itself. It's not bad in any way, but it is, to be honest, quite boring. It does not make me want to scream "F*ck yeah, I want to sign up to that!" I don't know if you use Wordpress, but if so, there are fantastic themes out there that you can...- Supa

INTROWelcome to this awesome place, Peter, from a neighbor (Germany) :) 1 girlfriend, 2 cats, 0 kids, and also in the software dev area (app development).
