The TikTok Chat Thread
MARKETING CHATEugh. That's not good at all. So if you get traction people just impersonate you? Where's the incentive in that? A Google Ads coach on TikTok got off the platform too. Her last post was explaining that she was being impersonated and TikTok wouldn't do anything about it, and she didn't want...- Andy Black

Miguel Carneiro & Timeless Relic - Process & Execution Journey
EXECUTIONI used to get clients just by posting on Linkedin, because I've been on the platform since 2008 and have a few thousand connections. I'd post something related to Google Ads, a few connections would remember me and either reach out or refer someone. It would bring a trickle of leads. But...- Andy Black

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Random Chat Thread...
CHAT - AI -I'm not sure about AI being as good as a course. When I ask it about areas I know about (Google Ads for instance), then it's answers are so vanilla, safe, and ... average. There's no nuance, and it absolutely trusts what the Google documentation spouts and pretty much regurgitates it. The...- Andy Black

How search is evolving with AI
MARKETINGI think buyer searches still show ads without the AI overviews, and info-seeker searches show the AI overviews. This is what I see in Ireland. Is it different in the US? A buyer search: Another buyer search: An info-seeker search: Another info-seeker search:- Andy Black

The TikTok Chat Thread
MARKETING CHATI've seen quite a few TikToks where people record what's happening on the screen using their phone rather than using screen recording software and getting a "proper" recording. Do these phone recordings go down better on TikTok, even with the lower quality? I'm trying to remember if I see that...- Andy Black

The Skool Chat Thread
CHATThis isn't my thread. It's a thread for us to chat about Skool, the community platform. Has anyone ran a Skool community for a while? There's a few threads asking about Skool but they're a bit old and didn't get many replies. Skool seems well known now, and I'm in a couple of paid Skool...- Andy Black

Free Google Ads review for local services
MARKETINGOh, and you guys should follow my naming convention. Like, how neat and self-explanatory is this when you know what it means: IP=US/Miami {PLUMBING SERVICES} IP=US {PLUMBING SERVICES / Miami} IP= is the location of the IP address of the searcher. It might not be quite where they're...- Andy Black

MARKETING@savefox @piano @CamRo9 ... great talking to you all yesterday. I must admit it's all a bit blurry what I spoke to for each of you. My learnings: Stop trying to do this in 15 minutes Andy. Website Roasting - Post Your Website Here for Feedback / Ask Your Questions
MARKETINGTip: The platform you built your website with doesn't have a conversion rate. Your visitors are converting into buyers at 3.07%.
