Sharing my lifetime experience in export/import. Product sourcing specialist.

    GOLD! SOURCING
I just ran across this with a supplier. I finally found a great factory with awesome top notch quality products. When I upped the order from like 5 to 50-100 pcs, the discount went from $62 to $61 per pc, I thought it was a joke at first. I did find another factory who would give me a...

So you want to move to Scottsdale?

    MEETUPS
Thanks @TheTruth I was about to reach out pertaining to this. I know you mentioned to them 2-3 mths and came back shy of 6 mths, did you initially book a round trip of 2-3 mths and cancelled or rescheduled that ticket or did you book a one way. I'm sure they'll give you tons of problems or...

    Supplier China vs India

I tried sourcing from India (Electronics) and found the prices absolutely ridiculous (resale pricing) and they were really behind (many years) with technology, so I went back to China :)

So I just had the most awkward, terrible interview in HISTORY

It's all a learning experience. I had 8 interviews with Google a few years back, that was intense and stressful. I've also been to interviews where I didn't know anything just for shits and got flamed like you did, but held up...I actually got a couple jobs because I knew how to talk based on...

Preserving Wealth, My #1 Tip. Don't Get Married! (Or Maybe You Should?)

    NOTABLE!
What an awesome thread, it's great seeing the viewpoints of all which differ immensely. I say, all the power to whatever works best for you, especially when it comes to entrepreneurship. I was common law in early 20s and lost everything from it at a young age, home, furniture, etc.you name...

So you want to move to Scottsdale?

    MEETUPS
This is awesome but I wouldn't let anyone in, I would do a thorough screening process. Last thing you want is someone coming down, friending everyone, have them steal everyone's idea, sabbatosh peoples businesses and then running off. IMO

    Spring 2015 Canton Fair

    MEETUPS
For anyone that's ever been, did you benefit immensely by going to the Canton Fair? Have you ever found any gems who DON'T advertise on alibaba, madeinchina, hktdc, etc etc all the online portals? I feel anyone at the fair can be found online, but I may be wrong, hence my curiosity here. If...

    Ridiculously High Sample Fees

    RANT
How heavy is the product? All depends on what your importing. On heavy items, I will typically lose money on sample orders, which is fine, they're not meant to profit from and it's impossible to in most cases when the product is heavy and your shipping air freight. Heavy products only make you...

Anyone know how I can get a hold of Dan Bilzerian?

    HOT!
To be honest, i'm not a legal expert but I believe they could come after you immediately for infringing him as a person by using his name and look/face. It's like printing crosby on a tshirt and selling them, I need a licensing agreement with the NHL or I'm done.

Anyone know how I can get a hold of Dan Bilzerian?

    HOT!
Props for taking action. If you go this route, I would recommend a licensing deal to use his name. These guys love making cash sitting on their a$$ doing nothing...he has nothing to lose. I highly recommend you read vigilantes thread all night tonight if you have interest in going this route...

    Do you go to Casinos?

    OFF-TOPIC
I personally hate casinos, besides I have absolutely no luck. Wasting and losing money as fast as you do in a casino makes me sick to the stomach. Have 0 to little control over my investment is a lose lose situation. Don't get me wrong I sometimes go with buddies, but I don't blow over a...
