    A loss leader is definitely not a bad idea, especially if you have a number of salaried employees who are doing nothing otherwise. If better paying work picks up, kill the loss leader.

    If your local currency is devaluing, doing remote work would be the way to go. Try to earn £ or $ as a freelancer or on upwork or fiverr. But in the meantime you must also be active looking for a better paid day job or trying to get promoted to a better wage.
