Starting (and Fastlaning) a lawn care service business
GOLD! HOT!One million percent agree on the "make it easy" concept for your employees and managers. It's a service biz employee so like you say, have to expect turnover, but who needs the stupid added stress of dealing with unhappy, unmotivated workers that you're trying to squeeze, burn and churn. I'm...- MattR82

HOT! CHATAn unfortunate choice of name for this Sushi place lol. I'd love to hear their prank calls though. (I obviously know it's about a wok but it makes sense now when people I used to work with mentioned sending our SJW's down there for lunch).- MattR82

HOT! CHATThis guy is a bit of a legend in Bali. I remember a talk he gave years ago about using things like product hunt in a certain way to launch new little startups like this. Nomadlist was my favourite website back when I was travelling.- MattR82

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business
MARKETINGOnly just started but right away goes into people that are afraid to ask for referrals. This is definitely not a problem for me lol. It's something I've seen tonnes of though, with people afraid to ask for reviews.- MattR82

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business
MARKETINGI figured Marky Z has enough money so am going to start diving deep into referrals and seeing how good I can get at building something that turns into an absolute machine for sending me high-quality leads. HOT! CHATYeah it must be different here in Australia as I have commercial clients in buildings that have other offices leased separately that have their own cleaning or do it themselves. Common areas are handled by the building manager/leaseholder though. Majority of my clients though are not really in...- MattR82

What do you guys think about selling a SMM (Social Media Marketing) service for businesses?
IDEAWhat concerns me with getting into selling FB ads as a service is how many people complain about being unfairly shut down for no reason at all. Good to learn though.- MattR82
