Does anyone here buy websites on Flippa as a passive investment option?

I've mostly sold on there. It really depends on your goals and budget. You can message me if you have other questions. But if a site is making $1k profit per month, expect to pay $12k on the low end. Also one thing to keep in mind when buying a "passive business." It's only going to be...

Does anyone here buy websites on Flippa as a passive investment option?

Would you actually believe these numbers? I'd say 98% of listings on flippa are crap. Lot's of scams there as well. You can def find some good deals/sites but expect to pay 12-24X monthly revenue if not more depending on the site. Passive income sites tend to sell for more.

Facebook Ad Cliff Notes - What Are They

    MARKETING
I heard a lot of different things as far as optimal targeting. For example some say that going after a few million people is what you should do. The only way to truly know is by testing each item but that would mean you could have hundreds if not thousands of ads to split test which isn't...

    MARKETING
Any suggestions are appreciated: 1. What's the optimal facebook reach to create per ad set? For example should I create an individual ad for every interest group or lump them together? If I lump them together, I won't know which one is outperforming the other...but at the same time if I...

Wow wasn't expecting this kind of intro. Sounds like you should be doing an AMA instead of asking for advice. If you can manage to make that kind of money with CPA's, you should be using that same strategy for your own products. While Amazon can get you sales, it likely won't be able to do...
