    E-Commerce in Canada NEED ADVICE

    MARKETING
Not quite sure what they do in terms of branding. My supplier in China, gave me the default artwork for my product (it was an Adobe Photoshop file). I hired someone on Fiverr for like $20 to customize it for my brand. Sent it back to my supplier in China, and when I order from my supplier, it's...

Reality of Investing in Real Estate with a Full Time Jay-Ohh-Bee

    REAL ESTATE
I guess it depends on how you approach real estate. If real estate is your primary source of income (wealth acquisition), it makes 100% sense to be hands on, you're more a real estate developer than investor. If you have some other source of primary income, and simply use real estate as an...

Reality of Investing in Real Estate with a Full Time Jay-Ohh-Bee

    REAL ESTATE
Yeah, not sure why you would renovate your properties yourself. "Investing" is supposed to be hands off, a place where you park your money (wealth preservation), watch it compound over the years. The less passive it becomes, the less of an investment it is. OP check out Art of the Deal by...

Yes I am. Send me a PM if you want to ask me specific questions about it. But I source from China, have it received by the guys over at http://www.fbacanada.ca/ and they make sure the inventory is okay and ends up in Amazon FBA (in Mississauga)

I would 100% recommend FBA. It's worth sacrificing margin for (you will make it up in volume, and less costs associated with logistics/fullfillment). Check out http://www.fbacanada.ca/ they will help you out with prepping and shipping to Amazon

I do understand that GoPro was insanely overvalued.. but it's just like any other business with 1 prominent product. What do you think about Beats Headphones? It's more or less the same type of business, "one-and-done", people don't order a Beats Headphone set every month. Yet Apple still...

    Reoccurring revinue business's

    EXECUTION
In recurring revenue business models, cost of acquisition plays a huge role (and is often a massive expense). If you're not careful with retention rates, you can sink your ship fast. Also that whitepaper you linked is from a company that sells cleaning franchises... take it with a grain of salt.

Also, is this $100k revenue or $100k net profit? (This makes a big difference in your decision in trying to sell the business)

I Failed at Importing Even Though It Makes $100k/mo

    HOT! SOURCING
One big difference between a business and just a product is that... businesses have very structured processes. A process for procurement, a process for sales, a process for marketing, a process for HR. That being said, nothing wrong with have solid cashflow from a product... invest it into hard...

Hit it on the nail. If you want to do client work... don't master SEO (because if you do happen to master SEO, there are a lot more profitable avenues for you than client work)... instead master selling/closing/retaining clients.
