I’ve done the same, I’ve started last year. It’s been slow, but I can close 5k sites quite happily now. I’m just a struggling with lead gen. I do have a list of 2000 companies I am supposed to be emailing though. Also launching an e-commerce brand. Left my job a month ago to do this full time...

    Is this investment too much…?

    QUESTION
Do you think landing page or shopify store? I’ve half built a basic store but might be worth doing just a landing page.

    I desperately need help

    HOT! MINDSET
I’m telling you now that everyone struggles with something. And a good physique is desired because it’s hard to get. Requires a life long dedication to the craft. If it’s what you want then follow these rules: - Weight lift once day (can rest on Sunday) - don’t eat sugar (hard to do in USA) -...

The Greedy Method of Getting Results: The New/Small Business Solution to Overthinking

    IDEA MINDSET EXECUTION
Love this, imperfect but keeps you living forward. I write lists each day of the things that will help me hit immediate goals (finishing site to get another 2k in; building e-commerce site, getting emails sent etc.)as long as I’m doing something that works towards immediate goals and long term...

    Is this investment too much…?

    QUESTION
Will keep this short and to the point. I’m launching an e-commerce brand and have got the initials designs for my product all developed in china. I’ve tested the product myself and works exactly as intended and believe there’s a real market for it. Thing is, I know I have to to test the...

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE WEB DESIGN
Oh okay, may I ask where you’re from? I actually find it’s easier to target the bigger clients as they know more about money and have more of it to spend. Trying to get 5k out of a painter that earns that in 2 months is a lot harder than helping a 100k per month business and receiving 5k.

    From $0 to $ 5k+ / month in 5 months

    NOTABLE! HOT!
With employment you hand off security to your employer. You basically put your fate and security in them. Zero accountability. In my eyes it’s riskier trusting someone who’s not me be in charge of my income than myself.

Thanks, appreciate the words. To be honest my mind has been the biggest development this year. I was always bright and good with logic and numbers growing up, and figured I’d make some money doing something like trading. I’ve only considered business this past year and I’m almost a completely...

    HOT! EXECUTION WEB DESIGN
The site in my site was originally pure html… but the company decided to hand it off to a Wordpress dev as they thought they’d get better seo using word press plugins?? Bit strange. So technically the site that’s live is just my design, just imported to Wordpress. I get it was the companies...

No my plan was to use linked in for inbound, and possibly reach out to very specific companies/people directly. I want to be careful with my linked in and don’t wanna come across as the spammy web guy.

Very wise words. But.. Money in now!!! - so that was my first in person sale and close, proud of myself as was feeling pretty rough that day. My strat for growing following is send requests to founders and other web dev/agencies that might need web work doing, and dropping a message like...

    Here we go....

    INTRO
I guess my advice is try to provide real value to people and get paid for it. Last year I learned to code websites (very basic) and now I’m targeting businesses that are piling in 20-50k a month to build them nice websites for 5k each. Website should take 2 weeks of full time work to complete...
