EXECUTIONI'm pretty easy. If a realtor brings me a buyer, they get the next listing. Maybe go in with that "deal" and see where the relationship goes. I would recommend smaller builders too. MINDSETI'd work on 2 things: 1. Learning how to build healthy boundaries 2. Figure out the value of your time I spend a tremendous amount of time doing my philanthropies. I can do that because I set boundaries up that prevent "abuse of niceness" and built a business that values my time.- Get Right

How do you find out if there is a need for it?
Most people run tests. It's ok to not have a fully functioning product to gauge interest....as long as you aren't scamming people. I don't like to set numbers to evaluate a business up front. I like to test until I become convinced its a "go".- Get Right
