    Starting my first E-commerce venture.

    HOT! EXECUTION
Thanks for the support! :smile2: I took an existing product and added a unique twist to it. I also put a small thank-you note in the box and a couple of candies in a beautiful velvet bag. Just the other day I got an email from a customer who said that it was so nice and the candies brought a...

    HOT! EXECUTION
OFF-TOPIC Sometimes you have to do something different. Today was first time for me to run a half-marathon. I didn’t prepare at all and I haven’t run much this year, but it was my goal and I just did it. It was very hard but nice to get my mind off of business and concentrate on something else...

No, not really. When I started with the samples, I had no idea how's it going to go and neither did the factory. Starting out is scary enough - no point to put extra pressure on yourself with fears like that. :D Haven't made a copyright or patents etc yet.

New products are now in Estonia and yesterday I paid the shipping costs and taxes. I will get my hands on them tomorrow. Another shipment should arrive in November. Today I got the keys to my mini-warehouse so that is off the list now. Things are moving.

    Anyone have a sauna?

    OFF-TOPIC
How can you even move an indoor sauna thats not a saunahouse or sauna on wheels? I assume if it's a "sauna assembly kit" it really can't be the real deal. If you want to build a proper traditional one with electrical stove or wood-burning stove, THAT WILL LAST, you have to properly insulate...

Ok, didn't know something like this even exists

    Anyone have a sauna?

    OFF-TOPIC
I love sauna, as Estonians generally do. Pretty much every house owner owns a sauna here. Don't own one myself yet though, because living in rented apartment. I'm always sitting in sauna daily after my workout in the gym. We usually prefer wood-burning stoves or electrical sauna stoves so I...

    Should I get a job?

Let’s say you don’t get a job. What would you do then? EDIT: Yes you should.

I really can't tell, it mostly depends on your idea and budget. I went the old China and Alibaba way. There are a lot of them and you have to take your time to find the best for you. But I plan to buy @Walter Hay 's books on importing and finding manufacturers. I think he doesn't recommend China...

    Change starts Now!

    INTRO
Looking forward to reading your progress thread in the future! :smile2: To be honest, I was an introvert as well, before I read MJ's books and started my own entrepreneurial journey. I never wanted to talk to strangers, was comfortable only with my friends around. It was even difficult to call...

Hi, over-the-sea-neighbor @LArsv ! :D To be honest, I don't remember exactly how I came up with an idea. If I had to start again with a new product I'd probably concentrate on uniqueness and giving potential buyers better emotions than most products, no matter the niche. I order products from...

Met with a guy who owns miniwarehouses and found myself one! Its pretty small but right now it's enough and there are bigger ones in the building and I can move if I need to. So sadly no more work from my basement :arghh::rofl: It was so nice and easy and comfy. But I need to think bigger and...

    HOT! EXECUTION
We agreed another smaller order with the factory this week and it's already paid too. Should arrive in November. It will be a very busy end of the year. Next week I'll check out some warehouses and hopefully I will find a suitable one for my business to rent. Expected expense is 100-150€...

Ready to get my a$$ kicked - again :)

    INTRO
Wow, just 18, you sound so mature and your head is definitely in the right place! When I was 18, I couldn't wait to get wasted again with my friends. :D If you have some funds and not sure what to do yet, maybe a nice trip to some new cool place would help indeed. :smile2:

A little bit, yes  But I try to take it easy and enjoy my time. Yeah, I'm not advertising as much as usually so I don't run out entirely. So I get some sales daily but nothing crazy. I hope to beat my best month (July) in October though. It's not seasonal but the factory said that...

From Flat-Broke to Financial Freedom: How to Get Started When You Have No Money

    GOLD! HOT!
Great video as always, @MJ DeMarco ! I wish you'd do them more often! :D I skipped steps 2 and 3. I saved some money from my job as a carpenter/builder enough to start slowly with step 4. But then again, as I've been doing it for almost 6 months now, I have more knowledge on product sourcing...

High paying job with fast growth

When you get paid top dollar, you can save so much money to start a business or invest. If you want to be an entrepreneur then should be pretty easy for you to buy a proper existing profitable business. That's what I'd do. There's no rule that everyone should quit their job. It's just most of...
