Calling All Fastlane Golfers!
EXECUTIONYou've had years of experience dealing directly with your target market so I'm guessing you would know them better than most on here, would any golfer care about something looking sexy over something making a difference to their game? Is anything in golf sexy or cool? Good luck on your...- Bearcorp

What are you sacrificing?
MINDSETThere's nothing evil about that attitude at all its sound advice, took me until my 30's to finally figure that out! Choose yourself first, and only allow someone into your space that adds to your life, not someone that drains you. And anyway, not having people like that in your life isn't a...- Bearcorp

How to learn to give without wanting anything in return?
MINDSETSome great advice @Andy Black! Thought I'd add a small example. My warehouse is in a heavy industrial area, by 9am there are no car parks on the road, and trucks, Utes etc are buzzing around all day. Whenever I'm in the car running some errands, I'll always be held up by a truck trying to...- Bearcorp

Forbes article: How 20-Year-Old Kylie Jenner Built A $900 Million Fortune In Less Than 3 Years
HOT! SOCIAL MEDIAYou don't need a celebrity family to grow a social media following, or to sell products to that following. To make a billion in a few years maybe you do though  The family name/brand is a powerhouse. If what is said is to be believed the mum is behind it all and a very savvy woman.- Bearcorp

World Cup Discussion (+bracket competition)
HOT!Thats soccer unfortunately, the French did it to us in the first game after they went 2-1 up. If VAR can rule on penalties then I think injuries should be reviewed as well, and when a Neymar or the like roll around clutching a body part that wasn't touched, instance red card. Stamp it out. Won't...- Bearcorp

O Sh*t! How I accidentally became unemployed, and what I'm doing about it.
HOT! SIDE HUSTLEI had the unpleasant experience of sacking a bunch of guys right before Christmas in London a few years ago, we'd worked on a building site and I was the supervisor. My working visa was about to run out so I was heading home, and the job was wrapping up, and as we were all sub contractors to the...- Bearcorp

I got an idea to start. What do you think about it?
HOT! IDEAGood news. If someone else is doing it so can you. Have a look into their business. Are there things they are doing wrong? Negative feedback about something online somewhere? Things they're doing right that you can learn from? There will always be competitors, and when your in idea stage they're...- Bearcorp

Certified LOSER living on mum's couch!! Gaming Addict looking to turn things around!
INTROSolid advice @TheOrchestrator! @Cognitive Corgi welcome to the forum. Being hard on yourself won't achieve anything, you've recognised the faults thus far which is the first step. Be positive about today and the future, and look back on the past as a lesson. A way of life NOT to live. Focus on...- Bearcorp

Fastlaners of TFLF, what are the 3 main choices that led to your success?
EXECUTION1) Choose yourself. Don't focus on other peoples thoughts, expectations etc. Focus on number 1, and everything can grow from there. 2) Commit to the process. As MJ said, there's no shortcuts, Rome wasn't built in a day but you have to start somewhere! 3) ENJOY learning new things. get excited...- Bearcorp

O Sh*t! How I accidentally became unemployed, and what I'm doing about it.
HOT! SIDE HUSTLESo if you had 2 employees in your own business, both great people that put blood sweat and tears into your business, but you come to the point that 1 needs to go, could you do it? 1 is ready to step up for you and take on the world, the other is happy at his level but your business has grown...- Bearcorp

World Cup Discussion (+bracket competition)
HOT!Don't know how I missed this thread! My boys the Socceroos were never going to get past the group stage and soccers in uproar here after the way we played (which happens every World Cup). Want to see England win, or would be happy for Lukaku to carry Belgium all the way too. I'm concerned for...- Bearcorp
