    Existential Thoughts: Change My Mind

    HOT! MINDSET
I categorize the hammer (and your other example) as subjective purpose, because the action of hammering is not required for the hammer to *be.* A hammer that never hammers is still a hammer regardless of the purpose humans subjectively apply to it (it is also a back scratcher to a cat, even if a...

    Existential Thoughts: Change My Mind

    HOT! MINDSET
That's likely because we are describing purpose differently. The purpose you're describing is subjective, and is framed within the context of a reality in which death is inevitable. This supports what I said, which is that the purpose of existence is to survive. Humans are born and humans die...

    Existential Thoughts: Change My Mind

    HOT! MINDSET
Perhaps. It seems like our physical form's best attempt at immortality. Offspring, in the form of our creations, be it children, structures, businesses, ideas, etc. These things have always continued without fail to date. When a light bulb stops working, something is broken in the lightbulb...

Lex DeVille's - Journey To Doctor

    HOT! EXECUTION
Five psychology classes and five dissertation classes. I'm doubling up on classes for most of this year, but can only do the dissertation classes one at a time. I don't know my graduation date, but my guess is sometime between next May and July, so it's actually a bit over a year.

Lex DeVille's - Journey To Doctor

    HOT! EXECUTION
I doubt I'll quit at this point, but I might take a semester off. My next couple of classes are the classes I was most looking forward to from the entire program. By the time I finish those, most of the year will be behind me, and all that will remain are the five dissertation courses. If...

Lex DeVille's - Journey To Doctor

    HOT! EXECUTION
As I wrap up the latest course, I find myself pondering a detour. I chose Liberty U to avoid the propaganda and brainwashing of liberal universities. Unfortunately, it's only more of the same. The latest course proclaims that earning a PhD "makes" you a thought leader. A large portion of the...

If I haven't made a sale with a digital product in 1-2 months I'd probably find a new product, but I don't think that answer fits everyone. I know how to get products online for sale and in front of people fast, and I don't waste time on action-faking tasks. Not saying you do that, but a lot of...

    Existential Thoughts: Change My Mind

    HOT! MINDSET
My great uncle died this morning. I have a few distinct memories of him: 1) Childhood memories of seeing him at church and at Christmas time. He was always smiling and cracking jokes. 2) He got me a better job to replace my first job when my first job was central to a lot of my teenage...

Funds for what? A digital product costs nothing until you reach a point where you want to invest in improving your systems. The only cost before that is the one thing you have in abundance, time.

Getting Trapped In an MLM Camp On Superbowl Sunday

The one time I was pitched on Amway was in a health food store checkout line. The one time I was pitched on the Beachbody smoothie mix MLM was at Barnes and Noble.

If people buy the product on Etsy, then the *need* part is already determined. What you have to figure out is if the niche is large enough to not only earn sales, but to sustain and grow them. You have to research each niche. There's no one right way to determine the size of a niche. Use online...

It displays little pop-up boxes in the corner of your website that says stuff like, "John Smith from Texas just purchased new shoes 5 minutes ago" or "Beth J. just joined Space Rocket Newsletter 1 minute ago." It has other features, too but that's the main one. The little pop-ups are clickable...

Subscribed to FOMO on the $25.00 plan. Made back most of it the same day with a $19 sale. Made a $78 sale overnight. The $19 sale came from someone I emailed after they failed to complete checkout. I'm close to crossing $500 for the first month. One of the sales came from a foreign country. I...

Your Purpose and Your Deepest WHY!

    HOT! MINDSET
Got it. People should be their authentic selves...as long as they conform to your beliefs about what you think you deserve. This is just the opinion of one authentic a**hole, but I don't think you'll find many people on this forum who give a shit about what you think you deserve. I know I...
