INTROYes, my thread about that is here: NOTABLE! - SIDE HUSTLE - Lex DeVille's - How I Bought a $4k Laser and Started an Engraving Side Hustle for Free (super easy) One idea I REALLY like with the laser engraver is making signs for businesses, especially if you can scale it up into larger signs...- Lex DeVille

GOLD! HOT! EXECUTIONAll my inventory is stored in one box. It's sorted by type. If I get an order for a black stone ring, I go to the bag with the black stone rings and it's easy to find. I haven't ordered any jewelry from Temu in two months. Almost all my inventory is from a local pallet auction. I spent $600...- Lex DeVille

GOLD! HOT! EXECUTIONJuly Things are off to a great start. I increased ring prices from $49 to $69 (only on newly posted items). I'll increase my necklace prices as well. People are still buying. I'm starting to see more multi-hundred dollar days in sales. Instead of 1 package sitting on my counter at a time, I...- Lex DeVille

Hunting Whales: Is there An Ethical Way To Do This?
NOTABLE! HOT! MARKETINGEven the words "honest person" are murky. What one defines as ethical, another defines as a scam. What one defines as "honest" another defines as "blunt" and another defines as "narcissistic" or "toxic." Businesses can't base themselves around what is "ethical" because it differs from one to...- Lex DeVille

GOLD! HOT! EXECUTIONEbay Scammers Against my better judgment, I accepted a purchase from a buyer who had no feedback. Now that the products were delivered (with tracking), he's filed with ebay saying he didn't receive his items, claiming that they were probably stolen. I refunded the first item at $60, but didn't...- Lex DeVille

HOT! CHATThat doesn't look confident to me. Look at how his hands are hidden in his pockets, specifically, his thumbs. Just a guy who doesn't have control over his emotions bowing up on someone half his size, probably lucky he maintained enough sense to leave before picking up an assault charge.- Lex DeVille

Really stressed and stuck please help me
OFF-TOPICThere's an important distinction to be made between "I want to have a singing business" and "I want to be a famous singer." The former is much easier to achieve because it exponentially opens up your paths to success, even with you doing the singing yourself.- Lex DeVille

I've been learning a new song, but mostly just doing maintenance. I played on a real baby grand piano a couple weeks ago and finally understood the difference between digital and real. I could barely play on it.- Lex DeVille

Really stressed and stuck please help me
OFF-TOPICIf you MUST have it, then you figure out how to make it work. You find a way to make your singing valuable to other people. Right now, you're saying the words, but asking a forum of strangers to give you the answer.- Lex DeVille

HOT! CHATI've been confident since high school. The difference now is it's grounded in experience. Constantly doing battle can break you or it can make you a battle-hardened god of war. But even with experience, you don't necessarily realize the gap between yourself and other people until you stop and...- Lex DeVille

HOT! CHATAnother one to add to @MJ DeMarco list of shareholder sell outs. I clicked the link and the first plan they show is "Premium" with "No Ads." GOLD! HOT! EXECUTIONNine days to go. I'm just under $2k. Ebay was responsible for nearly $1k of those sales. Over the last week, I didn't list anything new until yesterday, and I didn't make many sales. As soon as I listed three new products yesterday, one of them sold. Going forward, I need to list 1 to 3...- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's - How I Bought a $4k Laser and Started an Engraving Side Hustle for Free (super easy)
NOTABLE! SIDE HUSTLEFor me, it would depend on several factors. For instance, am I engraving or cutting with the laser? Cutting takes longer and creates a lot more mess so should cost more. Also, do I have to create a design? If so, how complex is it? Maybe charge a design fee. Also have to factor in cost of...- Lex DeVille
