If you already have samples of the finished product, you could try filing for a patent. If you're showing your idea to just a couple of people, and you're really worried they'll steal it, you could ask them to sign a non-disclosure agreement. IMO a landing page isn't really necessary, and I think you should start working straight into the product. If I was you, I'd create the BASIC FUNCTION of the product you're trying to offer, without any advanced features. Basically don't worry about advanced webpage design, awesome features...- DrJake
