How was your 2020? What will your 2021 look like?

    HOT! EXECUTION
My net worth is much higher than it was when 2020 started but I didn't hit the heights I had set myself at the beginning of the year. Our AirBnB business tanked but we pivoted into longer term tenancies. Making slightly less money but it freed up a mountain of time. Even when things go back to...

Is it possible for very rich people to hang out with poor/working class people?

    HOT! PEOPLE
If you want to be friends with anyone then just add value to their life. It's that simple? As an example, I'm 22 and have a 'small' real estate business. I hang out with 50+ year olds in the industry who are very wealthy and also have a wealth of knowledge. I'll go out on a Saturday morning to...

The Tesla and Electric Car Money-Saving Scam

    HOT!
Just some random points to add to this thread to bring a more international perspective. Gasoline is close to $6 a gallon here in Ireland. Highly polluting cars have significantly higher road tax. 5L engine and you are looking at £2000+ yearly. Electric Cars have tax breaks, credits when...

    University has killed my vision

Are you sure that you aren't just feeling terrible as most of college is online at this present moment and there aren't many social events on. You have started this year so stick with it until May and keep getting good results. You can take time over the summer to evaluate if this is the right...

Homeless, but refuse to give up?

    EXECUTION RANT
I refuse to believe that you have read both 'The Millionaire Fastlane' & 'Unscripted' if you just wrote a post like this. Reread your entire post and realize how strange it sounds. The first step you need is to get a job and take care of your basic needs.

    I've finally quit gaming.

    MINDSET
Well done on your initial success on kicking this unproductive habit! Gaming can be fun to relax or to enjoy time in person with friends but once it starts to take over your life it becomes a problem. I used to game A LOT between the age of 15-18. The only way I managed to make a lasting change...

Should I temporary accept the SCRIPT?

I also joined this forum when I was 14. I'm 22 now. Just keep expanding your knowledge, working hard and become 1% better than you were yesterday. That'll get you very far, very fast. Also surround yourself with good people. It'll be difficult when you are younger but from the age of 17/18...

    Some questions about web design

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE WEB DESIGN
Why do you only pay your Indian developer $200 if the market value of his work is 10x or 100x of that. Because you perceive its value as only being $200 and the Indian developer is happy with this as its a nice sum and pays his LCOL bills. Whats stopping the Indian developer who is very good...

    Some questions about web design

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE WEB DESIGN
You really should just have DM’d him instead of trying to call him out in a thread. I’m a previous client and friend of his. We’ve met in person many times and travelled from Europe together for the Summit in Phoenix last February. I have seen plenty of websites that he has built and he has...

Fox used to pubically showcase sites that he built but since his threads & youtube content became really popular he had to remove them as people were contacting/spamming his clients.

I suck. (Can you help someone out of a rut?)

    HOT! EXECUTION
Have you thought about actually buying Real Estate and becoming an investor. You could easily leverage your income and start to build a small empire. Eventually you could quit the bank job when property income exceeds your salary. I think you lack control. You dont like other people being in...

Best Way to Move from EU to US? Any Success Stories?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Ireland has a very good business environment and is very entrepreneur friendly. However you’d want your business to be involved in tech so you can access the full European/US markets. We only have a small population here so physical products/ecommerce will suck. The cost of living in Ireland is...

    What's Worse than Death?

    HOT! MINDSET
Running a successful business is like climbing a mountain. You need to be mentally and physically fit to reach the peak. I think you would really benefit from going back into steady employment (9-5 with a good solid routine). Take the extra time you have then and focus on getting your body and...

Cool! You should check out threads here on the forum from my friend @Fox . He is living in Poland doing Web Design and killing it. Might give you some ideas too on something that would compliment your current skills. Keep the thread updated on the path you do end up taking. I’m really...
