    My Top 5: 1. Waking up early (but don't sacrifice on your sleep) 2. No Porn/ No Fap 3. Meditation 4. Reading 5. Ice cold showers Cold showers are definitely the most dificult habit but also the most benificial. You'll feel an absolute endorphin rush afterwards and ready to conquer the day.
