Is Product Management consulting still worth it in 2026?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Well, now that I think off it: Maybe a few people here are looking for a PM to help them with their startup or to do some client management. On the other side you already have specialized knowledge, why not try to solve some of the friction your daily tools and workflows bring? E.g. build a...

Is Product Management consulting still worth it in 2026?

    SIDE HUSTLE
So here is the thing: spec driven development and vibe coding aren’t fully here yet, especially not a at a point where build me a Webapp ends up being useful. So don’t be worried about your career, be worried about the idiots who decided to let Claude control their product management. Those will...

How to validate any product idea in 2026 using AI in a week, step by step

    GOLD! - AI -
Do you think this could be applied to kickstarter projects as well? My first guess is that kickstarter gets scraped and treated like free r&d by competitors so I feel reluctant about posting product prototypes on there

Can I find business this way? Honest opinions pls

    PEOPLE EXECUTION QUESTION
Yeah I see your point. On the other hand I would be really open to explain things to people like the 18 year old example as they will either become good employees or allow me to think about some of my own assumptions. I wouldn’t expect them to fundamentally alter my workflow but maybe...

Can I find business this way? Honest opinions pls

    PEOPLE EXECUTION QUESTION
Hmmh, as for now I work as an IT Professional with 5 years of experience. I did touch everything from IOT over Client Support, Networks, Servers, DEV, AI and Databases at one point. So I say consulting would work. I am just not sure how I can limit the downsides for my clients. Ideally I would...

Can I find business this way? Honest opinions pls

    PEOPLE EXECUTION QUESTION
Currently there is no products on my mind so I had an idea: Could I ask random businesses to show me their workdays so I can find what they could optimize on? If they don’t have any it’s free no bill. If i find any I help them either onboard an existing solution or build one and charge them...

UPDATE: Built a site for a local buddy's classic car restoration shop. Here's the business model. Tear it apart. (classicautorebuildpartner.com)

    MARKETING SIDE HUSTLE STORY
Yeah sorta, I think Claude has become pretty good at it too. The only things that made me question if ai or not was the fonts, spacing and a bit of the layout. But most customers won’t detect that since they haven’t thrown hundreds of build a webpage queries at Claude.

    MARKETING SIDE HUSTLE STORY
Sorry friend, is the page ai generated? I can genuinely not tell. It has some artifacts that would hint at it, but it could also just be design choice.

If a mafia boss was right that 'any man can make $1M in a month using his brain' — what would YOU do to make $10K?

    MINDSET
When a mafia boss says that, they usually don't intend to pay taxes. I do intend to pay taxes because i hate prison cells.
