Lex DeVille's - Journey To Doctor

    HOT! EXECUTION
Today is the start of my next classes - Theories and Research in Social Psychology, and the Biological Basis of Behavior (Neuroscience). I'm doubled up on classes and I can see now that this is not going to be easy. My discussion posts alone will require 4,000 words of text minimum. Just one of...

Why does nothing work? Is it because of living in 3rd world country?

    HOT! QUESTION
When you start creating value for people, your ideas will start to work. Beyond that, there's not much advice to give. You're 21. You've barely tried anything, and haven't stuck with anything very long. You've drawn incorrect conclusions about what does and doesn't work, and those conclusions...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
I listed 5 pieces of jewelry on Ebay for $97 and another 5 on Facebook for $29. So far, the Ebay jewelry isn't seeing any views or saves. The listings on Facebook are seeing quite a few views and saves in comparison. I need to improve my photos and add videos for Facebook. Right now, it's hard...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
I've flipped it in the past, but haven't done it in a few years in any serious way. --- The flipping process can be engineered several ways. If something doesn't sell, I'll increase the price by like $50 and see what happens. If it still doesn't sell, then maybe I'll sell it to someone who...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Jewelry is everywhere, and it's very inexpensive. If it looks silver in color or has the numbers 925 engraved in it, then it's sterling silver. If there's a name engraved in the item, it may be by a designer (and could be worth a lot more). It could also just be the owner's name. Jewelry is...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Is that the only thrift store available? Usually, I find cheaper and better items at local thrift stores. Goodwill has become pretty market savvy over the years, so they price items higher unless an item is broken. I don't know if you do this, but searching sold listings on Facebook is also a...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
For instance, this bronze statue of pan sold for $250. It's bizarre looking, it's old, and if you pick it up, the metals will make your hands smell funny. You can find stuff like this in thrift stores, and definitely at estate sales.

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
An estate sale is when a company sells off a person's (usually a dead person's) assets. The company takes inventory of everything in the estate (usually in a home) and they put a low price on it to move it fast. On the day of the sale, the company opens up the home to the public, and anyone can...

Let's Flip Stuff for Fun and Profit!

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
This morning I was listing stuff on Facebook Marketplace. My daughter asked what I was doing, so I told her. We talked about how she does chores and how that creates value for me, so I pay her. Then I explained this is kind of like that, but it's a different way to create value. If I buy...

    HOT! CHAT
I tried to pick up a free digital piano this morning. Asked questions about it, asked about pickup availability. Lady said she was available all day. I said great, I'll rent a Uhaul, and come get it, but when I asked the address, she said someone else was coming and she'd message me if they...

I wish people on FB Marketplace didn't suck so much. Both buyers and sellers. I'm trying to spend $300 with you right now. F*cking respond to my messages!! Facebook needs to fix their marketplace. It could be a million times better with a few simple changes.

If you're a follower of David Sinclair, this is worth a watch. On the previous page, I discussed a longevity study to determine biological age by David Sinclair that I signed up for. Not only did I sign up for it, but I referred enough people that I was at the head of the list for the study...

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Site 1 We're almost halfway through March and it was crickets until today. Today saw the first $20 sale. Hopefully things pick up later this month, but we'll see. I may need to adjust some of my systems. I'm still on the fence about making YouTube videos for Site 1. They would probably work as...

Probably not. The fundamental principles do not change, so it doesn't matter if the videos are 4, 5, or 50 years old. If you show interest in the problems of other people, and if you prove you can solve those problems better than the next freelancer, then they will want to work with you whether...

    IDEA FEEDBACK
From a Fastlane perspective this can work, even if it is unsuccessful. There are a number of millionaires, billionaires, and many large companies that will: A) Fund entrepreneurs pursuing anything in this area. B) Acquire said company if it makes anything even remotely resembling progress. As...

    Existential Thoughts: Change My Mind

    HOT! MINDSET
There are so many concepts of afterlife that we are unlikely to believe in the correct version even if we choose to believe. If the Christian version is correct, then an afterlife is all but guaranteed regardless of lifespan. So if one's soul is likely to wind up in Hell or to receive...
