Pulled Over by Police (due to COVID) Do I Talk?
HOT! OFF-TOPICHere in Ireland I would have no issue answering basic questions from police at checkpoints or when pulled over. 90% of our officers are unarmed and weapons are illegal here so the interaction on the roadside is 100 times less charged. Only once did I ever have a "bad" interaction when out...- JordanK

Future of vacation rentals?
REAL ESTATEShort term rental market is and will be completely wiped out until June at the earliest. Most likely (imo) it'll be August before things return to anywhere near the same level. That recovery will be helped by the fact that a lot of investors will have changed their properties into long term...- JordanK

Plenty of people are doing the same thing with their businesses too. There has never been a better time to get this done. DAY 1 to DAY 22- JordanK

The 75 Hard Challenge + Live Hard by Andy Frisella (2020 version)
HOT! MINDSETDay 16 today. I have been home gyming the last two days. From $575k in 2018 to $1.1M in 2019. Now what?
Have you tried investing in Real Estate? You could phase yourself out of the business over a few years if that is your plan. Or as a lot of successful people do, supercharge your Real Estate empire with the profits from the business. Grant Cardone is the best example that springs to mind.- JordanK

Advice Wanted - Aggressive Daily Rude Awakening
PEOPLEI live in the middle of a city in Ireland so I can relate to your issues with aggressive begging and intoxicated homeless people. We can’t carry weapons so there is very little deterrent.
