Im from Australia so not sure of your laws (or ours to be exact). I would suggest that if utilising contract type arrangement for carers they would most definately require indemnity insurance, which I am sure you can get......at a premium (dealing with people and well being is always costly).- Oztrepreneur

I look at consumer items and think there surely is no money in that, I wouldn't buy it....then someone makes a multi million dollar business.
