“You CANT be anything you set your mind to”

    MINDSET
The .gov pdf was child social security benefits on death of a parent. You are qualified to receive until 18 (longer with other restrictions like still being in school) that he earned for you from working. Your mother qualified for additional aid until you turned 16. If you were already 16 then...

“You CANT be anything you set your mind to”

    MINDSET
Not sure where you live, but for additional services since summer is coming around you can add house washing (ladder, soap bucket, long extendable brush, and a lot of labor), gutter cleaning, with some cash available pressure washing, hand car wash and wax, etc. Also, if you haven’t taken...

Sounds like getting your grades up and a job would get her off your a$$ pretty quick! Save that money up until you have an plan in place to use it for a business. Work on your homework on the kitchen table showing her you are trying. If you work on your relationship with your mom she might let...

    Anybody with e commerce experience?

    SIDE HUSTLE
I planned on using Shopify or wix e-commerce for my page. I could see how a service to audit someone’s website for optimal layout, current marketing campaign, and listings could be a good business if you had experience on your end.

How can I relate Industrial engineering to a business?

    MINDSET
Have you had an internship within the IE field yet? Get one this summer so you can make a little money, but more importantly start identifying areas where you could apply a fast lane model. Once you are involved in IE other than in a classroom setting you may see a need that you are interested...

    Has Amazon become a monopoly?

    HOT!
^^^ Which is why I am skeptical launching my first product at this point (excuse I know). However another business I am researching l, which could be one of those golden gum balls, is potentially fantastic without Jeff involved or could even be bought out by Jeff if the full potential was seen...

Implementing Kaizen Into Your Biz and Life

I like it. one of the Puerto Rico guys showed me how he used google calendar to schedule his days and so have been trying to implement a schedule as much as possible. Obviously I slip, but the calendar gives me a constant reminder that I am sucking if I skip a day and blow most of the items off...

Reaching Financial Independence With a Laundromat!

    INVESTING
Sounds like a good buy, there are two in the New Orleans area on bizbuysell that I saw a couple weeks ago. They looked like they had potential if I would have done due diligence, but was probably “asking” at the high end as they seemed very well kept up and 2-4 employees each. Not what I am...

    Hey forum!

    INTRO
Welcome! What industry are you thinking of getting in after university to get in the fast lane? In Rome are you “legally” limited to making only wine and beer as a hobby as we are in the states? I have a small 13 gallon still at my house, but it is just for looks as it is illegal here without...

    Vegan Niche ideas.

    IDEA
I might have been straight to the point and a little harsh, but each post I still referred to the questions he was asked and needed to answer first. It would have been one thing if I only replied with my first sentence and left it as that. He just couldn’t see past what he wanted to I guess and...

    IDEA
No need to add more advice when it was already given to you. Also a forum that “advises people with business ideas” it takes an actual idea from you to give advice on. Not “ what can I sell besides affiliate marketing?” Obviously you blew right past the advice which was; the questions and...

Stop pussyfooting around and work harder on my side business to become my main business. If I had 3 months ago I would have something going already.
