    Stayed up late and turned workout alarm off. It wasn't those exact events, but the excuse for me to stay up when I know with my current schedule that if I do not wake up early to workout it will not get done in the afternoon. Chose an extra hour of sleep over progress....probably wasn't worth it.

    Starting 10/22 wake up at 5AM instead of my current 645 to walk the dogs before feeding them and get a workout in before the little guy wakes up at 7. Goal is to get a workout in every day, excluding the afternoon strolls we already do almost every day.
