Also depending on $$ decide between-1-4 units(treated like a single family home for the appraisal and refinance like in the video) and 5+ unit place which is valued by rental income.     Put an offer on a flip a month or so ago that I got outbid on. Owners came back to me to say the winning offer fell through after 30 days..but it was because the lot wasn't able to be split which is what I needed. Prices are still good in my local area. Neighbor just sold their house in 2 days...

    Still looking into this? In my vacation rental research I came across Quonset house plans. Some rental equipment and a few guys and you can diy. I also had looked into pre fab A frames that ship from both US and Northern EU and come with full furnishingsfor a decent price depending on size.
